Eating right to be slimbysummer

Actual wi - 11.4.25 so actual lost 1/4lb
Was going to go back to group this morning to try and get head back in gear but can't find my books etc.
Need to remember how to say no to non sw food again as desp want to loose this 5lbs to be 10st something.

Today is day 1 (out this aft at Lymme park - where they filmed pride + prejudice) but will resist the cream teas lol x

Lifes ok ish - have to be out of my house in 2.5 wks & still dont have a house to move into. Going to put our stuff in storage & crash on friends floor (8 people in small 3 bedroom terrace) & then keep looking. Everytime we see something we like & in our price range - something goes wrong, but it'll sort eventually eh!

Not sure how itll work food wise, living in someone elses house. My friend lives off salad for meals, & cakes inbetween and her oh lives off curry & chips done in deepfat fryer (but he's sooo skinny) the kids eat pizza etc.
She wants me to help them get there food in order, but i know when i visit, my sw/healthy food gets eaten soooo quick by them there was non left for me.
Will just have to go with flow i think, which is why i need 3 wks of totally behaving!!!

Today not quite gone to plan - day out great but complete stress head moment this evening meant didn't have tea till 8pm + didn't want to cook /move so had Chinese. But hopefully not too much damage done.

I'm OK (I lie lol) - head all over place. Craving sugar cause stressed but not actually hungry so while not much food was full. Think I was aware that it was 2pm wen had lunch and tea will be 5 ish

Will have big tea lol.

I know what u mean - started having proper Mayo cause had enough of diet tasting foods so maybe need to rethink sweetners too.
Realised not had hex b choice so off to have wm pitta with marsh mellow fluff (my new fix) so that should stop any cravings lol x

That's what I thought too. A little loss is still a loss.

After got weighed, went back to bed with really bad headache. Just weighed again and its saying 11.3.5 so 1/4lb more. :) x
 
Dont like pics of myself - but went to Lyme Park last monday and last time was there (Aug) was just before i started my sw journey. so
