Marks just shown pics to his best mate & he was OMG what a huge difference.
I hope that one day i will like what i see - Mirrors are ok on a good day, but hate pics lol x
 
That photo I just put on Mini's was a right rush job (just check out the hair lol) but I think I'm kinda cool with it!

Unless its camera trickery I think that's the smallest my bum has looked for many years! And I wasn't breathing in!

Wm pitta (hex b), ham, salad + very low fat tom hummus (2 Syns)
Pork chop (no fat), jkt pot + butter bud (1/2 syn) + lots and lots of veg (broc, carrot + cauli), gravy (1.5 Syns)
2 small pieces of him Choc Brownies (9 syns? Maddy made them + sooooo good lol)

Rice, baked beans, primula light (1/3 hex a)

Sadly been on a downward spiral & put on 2lb this week (think i should be greatful only 2lb after the rubbish food i've eaten)
Life is still very very stressful.
Move out of my house on Sat & still no house to go to so everythings going into storage and we will be sleeping on friends floor.

Trying to eat whats in the house which is not much, so eating rubbish / take-aways so feel fat & sluggish, but once in friends next week she's promised to get me back on track and up the exercise.

Well better get back to the packing lol x

Apart fm run off my feet trying to get everything done I feel ok.
As food /weight, went to all can eat last night and belly still very swollen (scales say gained 5lb lolz). Nothing in house so take away tonight + out friends cheese + wine party Fri night so no hope of behaving till sat but hopefully once moved can get head in gear along wi plenty exercise.

Tbh I can wait to eat properly - had enough of junk food.

Although not on here much at mo, hav checked ur diary - u've had busy fun week and still ikkle loss so well done + thanks for all the support x

so been at friends (who eats + drinks lots and never gains a pound) for 2 weeks + so had 4 wks off plan and according to scales at gym (just joined) im now 11st 11lb which means I've put on 6lb in 2 wk (not followed plan but didn't think been that bad)

so on plan fm tomorrow (house sitting so I'm back in control of food) + thinking of rejoining sw group in formby next Tue night (1st group can get too)

The result on the Scales could be down to them being different ones so just take it as a starting point and Ignore the numbers if you can :l

Hope your settling in to your new town - any luck with finding a property?
 
seen few I want to view but the estate agents are really slow at organising anything but hopeful will hav something by end of month. how's things ur end? will hav to get up to date on ur diary x
 
Tue 3rd Sept

Finally have new home - an ikkle bungalow in Formby (Nr southport). Inside is small but have gorgeous garden with huge garage and huge summer house (ie maddy play room). its been a very stressfull 4 month / 10 wks of which have been sleeping on friends floor.

in this time ive put on 11.5lbs (prob wouldnt have been that bad but just had 2 wk holiday where i ate constantly plus totm and had huge tea b4 weigh in) but heads now in gear and im determined to loose the 1.5 stone to get to my initial goal.

Todays eats:

cup tea with milk (1/2 hex a)
35g porridge (hex b), muller yog & raspberries
Banana

Watercress salad with salad light, ham, beans, figs, sweetcorn, cherry toms

Chilli & rice (added in yellow pepper, red pepper, mushrooms, onions, celery & tinned toms) plus sweet chilli sauce (4 syns?)
toffee muller yog

3 figs, piece roast pork + choc philly (4.5 syns)
