Lunch - lots of salad + cherry toms with piece of steak (needed cooking) + little bit of beef bachelors savoury rice

Tea at Vicky's
sw chicken + veg curry + rice
Said no to trifle (polish my halo lol)

Snack wen home cause hungry...
Turkey ham, cherry toms, chickpeas + lots v lg gherkins
While mark eats cheese + crackers (mmmm I drool)

Well the positive thinking...
all todays syns on this just in case plus will have some veg soup b4 I go so not starving :)

Went out the window....
Needed choc so had 1/2 protein bar as choc but hoped would fill me up too

0.5lb - not impressed :-(

Feel like working so hard for poxy 1/2lb hardly seems worth it.

My group was brill cause I was sooo fed up. Marks told me off for stressing to. Need to learn to not stress / control everything esp food but not sure how.

Can't wait till go away + don't hav to think about cooking + sw food lol. Be interesting to see how much weight I put on eh x

Think i know the reason for my ova reaction at 0.5lb loss (I embarrassingly cried in group)...
Star wk just started (only get them every 3 + month now)
