11pm Plain Piece cake (10 syns? As was super light + fluffy)
Cappuccino (6 syns for milk?) + 2 brown sugars (2 syns?)

12.20pm Pasta with grilled chicken, veg (carrot, courgette + broc) pine nuts (hex b) Mozzarella (6 syns), Parmesan (hex a)
Oil ? (Didn't taste/Couldnt see any oil but just in case 5 syns)

6-8pm - 1hr body combat + swam 60 lengths (3/4 mile)

9.10pm - ham, crabsticks, v lg gherkins, left ova cold pasta, pickled onions

Big spoonful of low fat chili noodles

Ok. Been to see specialist this morning. Had more examinations, blood tests etc. Being referred for genetic breast cancer tests and depending what they say depends on treatment.
Not seeing specialist for 3 month so yet more waiting.

Oh bless. I guess they need to carry out all of these checks before starting treatment but the waiting is pants isn't it? :(

I had a very bad night so it's been feet up for me today xx

Tea - hm syn free bbq pulled pork with aunt Bessie swede + carrot mash, sauteed courgettes

That looks yummy - love pulled pork and BBQ sauce

I use Aunt Bessie's carrot & swede mash - it's lovely and a life saver

Love how buttery it tastes and thankfully my family hate it so its all mine lol x

I'm ok hun just shattered cause run of my feet. Spoke to nutritionist at gym last night and he says um not getting enough sleep so my body can't work right. Makes sense cause I never stop and have late nights + early mornings. So aiming for 8-9hrs every night and see what happens.

Plus go away in 12 days so can sleep lots then lol x
 
Yessss enjoy your sleep! I can sleep for up to 11 hours a night :D

I used to but recently I don't plus I'm always busy + then been doing lots extra at gym. I need to find some sort of balance in my life lol.
But hay ho I can't say my life's boring hehe x

Soup (1 sliced smoked bacon carrot broc baby leeks swede) + ryvita (hex b) + 40g light cheese (hex a) + hm syn free onion relish

Chicken + bacon stew (light creme fraiche 6 syns + flour 7 syns ÷ 6 adults = 2 syns) - has in it chicken pieces skin removed, new potatoes, carrot, mushrooms, onions)

Lots + lots of moet champagne :) Each 100ml glass is 4 syns

Moet?? Are you celebrating??

No lol. Just getting in the holiday mode. Mark got me a magnum of most last yr and not had an excuse to open it so the 2 families/friends we going away with have come round so thought was good excuse.

Its going down nicely x
