3 days no hormones and then back with a vengeance! Grrrrrrr so annoying x
 
Min 14th Oct

Tea with milk (1/2 hex a)
2 eggs
Sliced ham
(Quick brecky b4 head out to do cleaning job)

Sliced turkey
Sweet chili hummus (4 syns?)
Crab stick style king prawn tails

Fruit (not sure what it was lol but nice)

Tea (after wi)
Porridge (2 x hex b) + almond unsweetened milk (1/2 hex a)
Golden syrup (5 syns)

How'd you get on hun? x

2lb on :-( but so bloated + hormonal again. So I got weighed + came out. Had already booked next wk hol as at friends but its not even worth the stress/emotion of trying as I cant control the bloating anyway.
Soooo total fed up with life x
 
Wed 16th Oct - gonna try low GI diet (below 55 on GI scale + cal counting)

2 egg omelette
mushrooms
Baked beans (40 GI)

Within 5 mins, tummy sore at top + swollen

5 chocs

Hm carrot + lentil soup (lentils - 29 GI/soup 44 GI?)

Meringue nest

Cooked Chicken pieces fm tesco + tesco Cesear salad (few croutons - high GI)
Crusty Malted bread (low GI)
Egg custard (pastry - high GI)

Monday - Had a fasting day yday - 600 cals + no dairy!

Hm lentil + carrot soup
Few Slices ham

Chickpea + chorizo stew (5 syns for chorizo)
4 pieces Malted grain French stick
Plus ikkle bit buuter

Meringue nest

Syns - ? = but actual consumed 1412 but exercise was 235 so overall 1177

Having another fast day today. Mark fasts mon, wed + fri (he has between 600-700 cals on those days) so I'm going to try + do the same.

* wk started today so today may be difficult.

Monitoring my eats on my fitness pal - cs101

Yday had 1412 cals but 235 cals exercise so equates to 1177 cals (even tho still follow sw principles, I want to keep around the 1200 cals mark)

Ive put on a bit of weight - not idea of actual amount's as I'm nor getting weighed but clothes feel tighter. So going to try + loose weight but not focus on the scales cause was stressing me out.

Health still all over the place but don't feel just as hormonal
 
How are you finding fasting? I always fast on a Sunday - hence why there's never a Sunday entry on my food diary lol!

I find it quite easy until around 9pm, then hunger really sets in! X

Was ok other day. Found eating porridge fills me - its low in cals too so Ive been making it with alpro unsweetened almond milk (again super low in cals but quite creamy) - not inline with sw as Ive had 80g porridge ova the day but as long as it works eh!
Today's harder cause feel strange thanks to * wk but will give it ago.

Its scaring me how high in cals some healthy foods are tho.
Have u found fasting helped with weight loss Jodie?
 
Errrm, I reckon so! I fast on the day before I weigh so that it's my true weight and now heavy food weight.. does that make sense? :S

Yes totally.

Today hadn't gone to plan. Cravings took ova - still only 2000 cals so least won't gain weight on that. Another fast day Friday so hopefully that'll help. X

I do think fasting works thought, remember Deb (debridger)? She got to goal by fasting :) haven't seen her about lately though :( x

Its deb that inspired me.
Yday didn't go to plan - mark had feast n4 bed - dorities, cheese + crackers etc so I indulged to.

Today supp to be other fast day to make up for wed but having girly night tonight with cocktails so will try + not eat much throughout the day + then least lower cal than normal. Wi resist pizza + choc tonight!!!!!!!
 
Fast hasn't even lasted till 10.45pm - too much choc lying around x
 
Bad day yday - had cocktail girly pamper night so lots of choc flavour drinks - tummy hurts this morning.

So gonna try + do a fast day today to make up for it + never want to see another choc every again!!!!
 
How did the fast go hun?

I'm fasting today and by God, my concentration levels are shocking. Just waiting for bedtime now.. bored though!

It was ok to mark came in after long hard day + sat eating a take away + chocs - so didn't stick to my 600 cals more like 1000 but still less than normal.

Yday was ok - not sw but felt in control + thats what I'm aiming for at the mo.

Fasting today + so's mark so hopefully will go to plan but will be endurance test cause hungry already lol x

Hope u get food wi :)
