I lost a 1.6 lb this week at slimming club and I also won as slimmer of the week so I'm £4 up lol I will update my details again as I gained weight last week lol x

Such a naughty girl today! I need to get back on it, I have an older sister quite older, she's 40 I'm 22, she's slimmer than me by about 2 stone lol but always seems to have a gush of jealousy over me and it drives me insane, she's nothing to be jealous of! But always seems to put me down or turn her nose up at it! She's a TA and works in a special school, she's got her gcse's etc i want to be a teacher it's my goal in life, yet she seems to mock me that I A) cant get on my pgce and B) can't get a TA job yet she's in one! Pisses me off really, i go to her slimming club weekly and I won last week however now I'm even more determined to loose weight if just to rub her snooty nose in it that I'm SKINNY lol she's off to Mexico for two weeks in August, me and the bf were planning a cruise in the Caribbean in December for two weeks, (stay and cruise ending up in Barbados for a week) So I need to get skinny for it so I can show off a bikini bod! Lol I'm gonna invest in a rowing machine, gyms well not for me tbh! X

Good to have determination? How much do u need to lose I'm also 22 btw weight at our age is so important! Grrrrr
 
I'm 14.3 I would like to drop down to 10 stone, so just over 4 stone, last time I did it I had 3 stone to loose, and I did do it! So maybe I just need to go on a rampage and remove all the junk food out of the house for a while lol x

Back at 1200 cals today from now on, I've just applied to a new job too and I think I've got it so hopefully starting that in a week or so, also waiting on a PGCE consideration through clearing, trying not to get my hopes up. Today has been good even went on an hour wall with my pooch, and just doing the cleaning so I'm keeping myself busy :) lazer quest tonight with the scouts deary me! I also might be doing gliding next Tuesday, but I am scared shitless lol x

It was half a tin of Heinz big chunky soup I'm really really not a fan of soup especially Heinz (they all have that same strange taste lol) so I'm experimenting with different ones, I've got some of those asda good for yourself ones to try haha I'm currently coming down with a cold :-( tomorrow it will be full blown so I'm just having a cuppa tea chilling after lazer bloody quest lol x

Sounds weird but I love a plain bowl of spaghetti hoops. 220 cals for a tin. Look at it like noodle soup. Have it with a weight watchers toasted pitta mmmmm yummy lunch!!
 
Haha yeh I do too :-D or beans in a bowl and bread to dip or beans on toast whichever floats your boat haha I can't sleep I'm well snuffed up :-/

Despite being a poorly Frankie today I have stuck to my diet! Also I have come to the conclusion in the error of my ways, I used to do potatoe wedges as an alternative to chips but I'd use about 4 spuds for both of us and they'd be chunky, tonight I used one medium potatoe sliced them fairly thin and got a plate full of wedges, its satisfying on the eyes :) I recently invested in some scales too, these have really really helped me! I'd recommend digital scales to anyone who has trouble 'guesstimating' portion size etc x
