Fat birds can't fly

Sooo next week, I have more blood tests :-/ and then on the Thursday I'm going for my scan, or more to be probed, I am NOT looking forward to that I must say,

Anyhow it's my birthday on the 30 April :) I'm looking forward to cake! Lol chocolate cake to be exact, and a nice meal out somewhere I reckon, then maybe sit like a slob with pic n mix in front of the tv watching films all day :) that's the only day I plan on breaking my diet, come next month I'm gonna lower my cals to 1200 per day, the only time I'm getting a bit zapped of energy is on a long shift at work when it's busy, so hopefully starting at 1500 has given my body a chance to get used to lack of food

Mmmm I luurrrvvveee pick n mix!! Its like my absolute favourite but OH only lets me have it occasionally lol sounds like a lush way to spend your birthday though. Ive been trying to get back into slimming world this week and things are going too bad and im gradually weening myself off certain foods which is good because they are all the unhealthy foods!

Pic n mix is amazing and wilkinsons do it for really cheap and their selection is enormous lol (only a fat person knows this haha) I'm most likely gonna be spending the day with myself and the dog though tbh, it's on a Tuesday and I'm working all weekend which is shitty ! :-/ I might call in sick on the Sunday lol x

I am sick of starting work at stupid o clock and finishing at half 7, it screws up my meal plans, argh, last late tomorrow night thank god, I've also had enough of maths revision so will crack on with that again in the morning,

Just having a google at restaurants in America, (how sad am I lol) and drooling over Denny's chocolate bacon French toast, OMG lol

I'm glad I don't live over there, I mean I'd love to but they'd actually have to cut me out of my house lol with all the steroid foods I'd consume haha

I've woken up really positive and happy this morning :) after having the strangest dream ever! Basically it ended up me being arrested in a wedding dress :-/ lol mental!

Anyhow, Im gonna be lowering my calorie intake on Monday to 1300, sometimes on 1500 cals I'm stuck trying to fill them up whereas some of the times I'm using them all up and more really hit and miss lol

I'm investing in some diet protein bars, they're expensive but I keep nicking the boyfriends protein bars, and they're a brilliant substitute for a chocolate bar, healthier and barely any sugar. everyday I've been lifting weighs, squatting and dog walking then off to work, so the protein bars will aid my weight loss when I want something either on the go or as a snack, they're really filling! I'd recommend looking at them anyhow :)

1:48am, I can't sleep!

Other half is snoring, my pooch is snoring, (she's louder than him and she's downstairs! Lol)

What it is, is I'm worried about failing this maths qts again, if I fail again ill have one more shot at it, then failing that I can't become a teacher or be accepted onto my course for another two years! I feel sooo sooo stressed,

Another thing as well, I'm gonna be prodded and poked and scanned next week with having bloods taken on Monday and that bloody stupid scan on Thursday! I don't want to have to think or face this right now, my head should be concentrating on this stupid STUPID maths test and relaxing a little bit before I start uni,

It's so important I pass it, it means so much and unlocks everything, surely being able to answer a maths question in 18 seconds doesn't determine you as a primary school teacher! Who comes up with this utter rubbish??

I'm still getting an average of 16-17 right with the pass mark at 18, I'm not far off but there's certain things I can't get my head around, I need a tutor lol or a way to cheat haha

Tonight was soooo hard!
Went to in laws for tea but they ordered a curry FEAST! And I went to Asda and was adamant I wasn't having any take away so got myself a little weight watchers curry and garlic bread lol I was satisfied, had non of the take away and was happy :) tomorrow is weigh in and I'm looking forward to it, I even got a new maxi dress today for my jollies!

Revision wise, I'm still averaging at 16/17 pass rate; I've also hurt my back being sat funny :-(

I'm volunteering in the morning then having blood tests done then off to scouts, busy day!

14st3lbs -2lbs this week, not bad! Altogether thats half a stone lost in two weeks, today I'm lowering my calories to 1300 :) next month I'll take it down to the 1200 range x

Your not doing bad with the maths hun, at least your averages are just about where you need to be. When is your next exam? Sorry if youve mentioned it before...baby brain and all that!
 
Yeah, I'm really motivated and quite content with food in take :)

Next exam is whenever I book it but ideally the uni wants me to have it done by the start of next month eep

These are the protein bars I'll be eating, they're low in sugar carbs etc, full of protein to keep you fuller 211 cals per bar, better than a chocolate bar, really chewy nice texture, leave an after taste of smarties haha £1.98 per bar at Asda but echo supplements have them on for £16 per box of 12 :)

Great news on the result going up on your practice test hun :) and look how well you did cal wise. I bet if you worked out how many cals your walk with pooch burnt youd be under 1000 net!

Haha I imagine so! My legs are hurting today lol Im doing squats everyday too, now they hurt haha and getting progressively heavier on weights, I'm in work today and off tomorrow for the dreaded scan! Highly not looking forward to that :-/ I'm hoping once that's out of the way I can knuckle down to revision without distractions

How are you getting on?

Im doing awful hun. The scales are creeping up and up and I cant face seeing the number 13 on the scales so must try harder.

Im defo going to start the squat challenge after baby is here! Looks like people get good results.
