They said I have to top up with expressed milk 3oz 3 times a day have a review in a week. X

At least u kno that's sumthin u can do as u seem 2 b producing plenty of extra milk hun. I kno it's easier said than done but try not 2 worry, u kno now wat the prob is so u can work on fixin it xxx

You haven't failed x i had the same problem with my first until my hv spotted that she wasnt getting enough milk because she had no milk on her tongue and now that you know for sure thats the prob you can deal with it better x

Gave her 2 ounces of breast milk at 12 and she's slept through till 5!!! Yay xx

Brilliant! Glad you know what is wrong now and hopefully the top ups will sort it out. You are doing brilliantly, don't feel like you've failed. Soon this will all just be a distant memory. X

She's been like a different kid this morning and the tension next nothing now yay xx

H ex a milk x2 yogurt
H ex b cereal bar

Syns galaxy 15 hot chocolate 2 (17)

Walk for 40 mins but its very hot here today!!

Bike 300kcal the heat doesn't make exercise easy cause its super humid here!!
