My consultant thinks I should move up the plans to SS+ for a week so see if it gives my metabolism because of the exercise....

I think it might help but just worried about messing up cos I'm in the zone at the moment x

I was 12st 12lb on them pictures - the slimmer photo is a current one so 10st 7lb (so 2st 5lb difference)

I'm found SS+ for a week - 3 products and 200 calorie meal... I'm going to update my meals on MFP to make sure I stay on track... Was looking for some inspiration last night and found pictures pre CWP - there are the photos that made me decide to join CWP....
