Rest day today - legs are killing after the run yesterday.. My official time was 40.01 - I did walk most of the way - I really struggled with my asthma (100% harder running outside than on a treadmill)
Anyway SS day today (due to no exercise)

So tried on a dress that I've never worn today and it fits I've had it for over 2 years but never got into it..... I need a night out now to wear it!

Hi Foo -- you were early and still lost 1.5 pounds. You're a small person getting very close to a healthy weigh. Those last 10 pounds are very difficult to lose. Weight training should help. SS+ too. You go to low your metabolism slows. Enjoy your weekend.

Early weigh in this week - lost 1.5lb
Feeling a bit fed up if I'm honest - I am not cheating at all and only lost 3.5lb in the last 3 weeks
My BMI is now 27.3 - so I've still got a way to go until I reach the top end of a healthy BMI
I'm undecided if I'm having a day off tomorrow - May just have an SS+ meal as I'm visiting family.
I know I'm losing inches as my size 16 tops are too big to wear now and I'm fitting into my smaller wardrobe - but the scales are getting to me!!

You'll see the scales drop don't worry hun, are you still exercising? I find it does make the loss slow down sometimes. Keep the faith hun x
