So weigh in today at 12:30 (after 5k, water and a shake) and I've lost 1lb... Really slowing down ATM.
Anyway a week off SS and planned day off on Saturday as I'm going home to Wales for the weekend - so going to have a couple of drinks to watch the rugby..
