Feel like this today!! I've put on half a pound this week... And up 1cm on my waist!
Feeling really fed up - I've only lost about 3lb in the last 4 weeks - yes I've had 2 days off plan but other than that I've been 100% on SS or SS+
Just feeling really down today - I've still got a long way to go!

Only another 5lb until I reach BMI 25 - so will start to move up the plans then..

Has Friday off plan... Back on SS this week... No weigh in until next Saturday (didn't want to get disheartened by a gain)
Will need to move up to step 2 soon so want to stick to SS until I get to BMI 25

I've been on SS+ this week.. Feeling much more in control now.. Expecting a gain this week - but I'm ok with that... I've only got a stone to go so will be moving up the plans soon x

2.5lb gain as expected.. Had SS day today but have done a food shop to have a SS+ week...
Went to a baby shower today and avoided all the cakes, buffet, chips etc - feeling pleased about that
