I am going to body pump tomorrow so going to have the protein allowance on days that I exercise..
I might also try a week with out bars next week so see if it helps...

Has yesterday off (still wasn't back into ketosis from my day off last week)
Anyway this week I'm having shakes only (no bars) and no SS+ days - need to get back into ketosis and see if it gives my weight lost a boost...
