OK, Screaming frustration now.:cry:
I put on 2lb, I followed the script, am swimming 1/2 mile a day and going to the gym when I can. The only reason I haven't dived into the nearest box of chocolate yet is my body fat reading,it hasn't really changed so I am going to assume the extra weight is muscle.
arrrghhh! I thought I was doing so well. Next week I will push it a bit harder.
