Morning Geri, yes it was scrummy was from the kebab shop just next 2 Sainsburys tottenahm could well recomend it :D as long as u dont have the chips and added extras :D :D

Kebabs are quite healthy provided you don't have the sides as you say.

Morning Andi, i am chuffed with my loss, i have lost 17lbs on cd in the first week but at the same time i have also lost 17lbs in my first week at Sw around 7 months ago, but i am thoroughly enjoying low gl.
So how r u enjoyong the snow, chat soon and ty xx

Morning Mini, thanks hun i do feel motivated big time am hoping to reach my first mini goal of 2 stone by the end of Feb and i know i can do it if i completely strict and uo my water and with going up and down the stairs at least 12 times a day to take Ebony for a walk should def help.

Thanks Ann, i was a bit worried but after reading through the book i knew it was ok.
I dont like the sauces so i am ok and am a naughty girl not really good with salads but getting better, so one small chicken shish filled me up infact i felt absolutely stuffed, i should of really left the last few mouthfulls but i was enjoying it so much:D :D .
Well done to you for losing another stone and a half thats amazing.

Am just on my way out to get my nails done as i broke one yesterday and i have just realised it have a very clever puppy, Aaron had a couple pf packs of sealed individually wrapped mini jam dodgers on his window ledge (dont ask me why as he is not allowed food in his room ) and Ebony was very quiet Aaron went to look for her and said mum u have to come and see this, Ebony had jumped on Aarons bed and he has a high chrome double bed and she reached over to the window ledge grabbed the packs of biscuits and had managed to open both of them and was sitting on Aarons bed finishing off the biscuits and feeling very happy and contented, but i was not, made Aaron strip his bed and put the sheets in the wash !!

Roch only just catching up on your thread - wow what an amazing loss!!! And the great thing on SW is you can have Shish Kebab - the only syns are in the bread (10 syns i think) but you could always just have a large chicken shish with salad, no sauces and no brad - totally free! yum yum i'm salivating at the thought!!

Keep it up hun.. You sound really happy!
 
Wayy Hayyy Roch - 15lb off, that's fantastic, well done, absolutely brilliant. You must be feeling so pleased and proud of yourself, and justly deserved too. And a big well done for resisting the temptation of those chips, there can't be much in this world that smells better than chip shop chips and you've shown superhuman strength resisting them. Just shows what you can do when you're in the right place.

Hope Ebony doesn't have a poorly tummy after her biscuits. I've got a Border Terrier who is a right greedy guts, and has eaten her fair share of things she shouldn't. Probably the most annoying (for me as this was pre-diet days) was when I was posted a free box of Lindor chocs, the round ones that are wrapped up individually. She spent a very merry afternoon getting into the box and unwrapping the chocs and eating each and every one, I came home to a hallway of scattered red papers, chewed up bits of cardboard and a very happy dog. Amazingly she showed no after effects either as I was worried what all that chocolate would do to her. It's a bit like having kids - never a dull moment :rolleyes: but we wouldnt' be without (either of) them. :)

Hi Roch, just caught up, WELL Done - 15lbs is just fantastic I am so happy for you. You are going to do this, I know you are, your whole attitude is totally different!

I am fine, overworked and a bit stressed but Ok, Chris is doing much better, so I am a happier Mum!

Hiya Roch,

Hope your ok i am so pleased wow 15lbs thats fab .
I havent been near the scales yet i am supposed to be having non diet related thoughts for two weeks which is up monday when i have to see my doctor again aaaaaaargh.
I will get my thyroid results back and should be sent to the specialist at the hospital more faffing around ! Gotta be done though feel very rough today dont know why weather i think . We have no snow at all just drizzle yuk ! :(

Enough of my wittering proud of ya Roch lotsa love Julie xxx
