How to lose half your body weight in 10 days (Or a bit longer!)

Thanks ladies. I come from a family who only go to the Dr if they are the only place to get something, they are forced to by someone else or they fear death. We are worse when it comes to hospitals! I'll just get on with it and try not to rub my bum in public. Haha. Can't really rest with a nutty toddler! When he is in bed I will wash up and promptly sit on my bum.

Mum and dad have gone on a cake run. Only used half a syn today and I have 11.5 left to give me an average of 10 a day.

Yes maybe limit the bum rubbing in public lol! Do you take painkillers? Try codeine or paramol which is dihyrocodeine & paracetamol, quite strong but available over the counter but not great with a toddler I suppose.

Ooh cakes lovely with a cuppa :)
 
I decided against cake. so good I know. ;) Serial weigh shows my weight going up and up and up :(

b: omelette made with just eggs and 40g (hea) of reduced fat cheese, onions, mushrooms and satsuma (wasn't going to have the satsuma but nate didn't want it :/)
s: none
l: soup made by mum: chickpeas, passata, courgette, pepper, carrot, onion, celery, a little potato, spices, stock
s: none
d: chicken burgers, sw chips and salad. WM roll (heb) 1tbsp ex light mayo (0.5 syns) lettuce, mixed salad, tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion, red onion, kraft light french dressing, potatoes, chicken breast, Worcestershire sauce, passata, sweetener
s/pud: jelly (0.5 syns), mullerlight, banana, blueberries, grapes and a mini malteser bunny (3 syns)

I picked out a flake too but don't fancy it now. 4 syns for the day :)

This week's syns 13, 2, 13, 4, = 32 in 4 days :D

Been sticking to 100% but it doesn't seem to be moving :'( Next week is a meal planner from 2010 (I wasn't doing the plan then, but mum was). It looks really good and if i am following that and don't shift anything it is looking like I will HAVE to do fast forward... which I really do not want to do :(
 
I dont understand your gains Fran your meals are always so well planned and thought out and your syns so far this week are fab. well done resisting the cake AND the flake I dont know if I could have resisted both lol.
 
Yeah, it's why my consultant offered me fast forward :( she knows I'm stubborn and stick to plan and if I don't I'm honest about it. Like last week I said I over did it from being pee'd off with WI and scoffed a week's worth of syns in 3 days, but then pulled it back, so I was happy with a half lb gain, unlike the week before when it was undeserved. hoping the scales will plough down in the right direction, it not i'm going to be miserable. On the 100% for lent challenge though, so I won't be going off plan.
 
I think you follow the plan fantastically Fran, so I hope the next WI is good to you. Its horrible when you know you are and losses dont happen. Im like you I can accept a gain when its deserved but when its not, it does make you feel like bingeing arghhh.
 
yep, it's like, I fill in my paper food diary as I eat the thing so it's not even as though I'm forgetting food, and at least 1/3 is super free. (which is why success express doesn't work for me, most of my diet is superfree already so it is just boosting that a tiny bit but adding in extra healthy extras (which are always weighed because I can't guess weights!)

Thanks brit hun, I weigh wednesday mornings. usually I weigh at group on a wednesday morning what my scales say on a saturday night. I'm just going to ignore the scales and Keep to the 100% for lent, and then if next week's weigh in sucks I will let her put me on fast forward. (boo hoo)
 
I'd be miserable too & agree with Texty we take a gain when it's deserved but when it's not its so upsetting. Lets hope scales show a loss on Weds

I am still the same person you are now pulling a face about.


Totally understand what you mean people keep saying "you are a different person" and I always answer I am exactly the same in a different costume it's their short sightedness that stopped them appreciating us before :(.
 
hey rochelle hun. The blow out was last wed-fri, not this wed-fri, I then pulled right back with just a couple of syns a day. I'm not holding my breath to be honest. My body seems to have monthly cycles, in that I will have a great month, then a rubbish month, then a great month and so on when doing the same thing (probably why I got so pissed off last week, that's my first blow out other than the obligatory xmas/birthday one)

Hey Gilly, so true. I got a friend request from an ex today. haha, hmm... nope, I do know my self esteem has increased to the point where I won't tolerate being treated like poo and accept it as something I deserve, so that's a good change. And I had to confidence to go to tap classes and really throw myself into it without worrying people would think I'll break the floor. Lol.

B: sainsbury's skinny sausages (1), bacon, egg, beans, mushrooms, onion, cherry tomatoes
s: none
L: grapes, satsuma, pear,
s: none
D: Lamb, potato, butter beans (mashed with garlic and onion), cabbage, carrots, swede. Pud of pineapple, melon, kiwi and yogurt (although I had this later)
s: hea of cheese and ham sandwich (heb) with tomato, wotsits (5 syns)

also used half a syn of milk. 6.5 syns for today. hea and heb used 5 large glasses of squash/water/pepsi max and a large mug of tea.

Got next week's meals planned out so hoping for a good result for then. stupid flab needs to shift.

Ive just looked at your food and depending on what size bag wotsits I think your doing yourself out of 0.5 syns a 17g bag of the cheesy ones is only 4.5. :D

Every little helps eh. I know its not much but its saving you some x

Your lunch sounds divine yummy I can only eat lamb when its hot lol its not one of my favourite meats
