Saturday

Breakfast - toffee muller light, blueberries, 30g all bran crunch (hexb)

Snacks in the night shift - banana, apple, strawberries, lots of black coffee!

Lunch - asleep

Dinner - chicken from chippy (most of the skin removed!), salad, wm roll (hexb) 5 chips!

Options hot choc (hexa)

Sounds all good although how you stuck to just 5 chips is beyond me lol I'd have polished them all :D Well done xx
 
Was tough! I made sure I had my salad and roll ready so tucked into that first. Was impressed with myself!

Sunday 10th

Snacks during night shift - banana, satsuma, small salad (lettuce, pepper, toms), toffee ml with blueberries, raspberries, 30g all bran crunch (hexb), 2 alpen light bars (hexb), lots of black coffee

Lunch - tarragon chicken

Dinner - chicken fajitas (onions, mushroom, peppers), rf creme fraiche, cheddar (hexa), wm wrap, small crumble

Syns - lots!

Cheese in the middle burger with roasted carrot, red onion, 2 types of mushroom, courgette and tomato cooking in my oven and filling my house with delicious aromas

For lunches at work I always use a hexb on a wholemeal roll as find them more filling than bread and pack it with lean meats and salad. I take a tub of carrot batons to munch on, cooked lean meats (sausage, chicken), hard boiled eggs, cook hexb allowance of Brown rice with a load of veg to have as a cold salad. Fruit, alpen light bars, babybel lights (3 for hexa), cold fritatta, if you have access to a microwave then soups are great too.

Monday 11th

Totally exhausted from 2 night shifts then in the next day at 7am so been up since 5am. Still got a horrid sore throat too :-( but on a positive note, been good all day with my meals

Breakfast - 2 weetabix (hexb), ss milk (hexa), raspberries, blueberries

Lunch - wm ham roll (hexb) 2 syns for spread, carrot batons, muller light, satsuma, 1 alpen light bar 3 syns

Snack - banana

Dinner - tuna steaks with loads of veg (brocolli, cabbage and stir fry of peppers, mushrooms, mangetout, waterchesnut, bamboo, baby corn), drizzle of soy sauce 1 syn), choc mousse 3 syns

Warm milk with sweetner (hexa)

Syns - 9

Well done for keeping to plan despite working nights and being so exhausted! I need to take a leaf out of your book :) Tea looks lovely, I've never had a tuna steak x
 
Oooo Laura! Tuna steaks are YUM! Dan makes really good ones, better than I do. Ooo I'm craving tuna steaks now.. Damn you green week! X
 
Am feeling so crap today. Not caught up on sleep from the weekend, really early start yesterday, 10hr shift and then Henry woke 4 times last night.....so cross that oh didn't even bother to move last night, grrrr. So my throat is now feeling even worse and I'm generally tired/achy. I know it's lack of sleep, if I'm ever run down it always goes straight to my throat :-( feeling miserable cos scales show 1lb gain since friday which I'm really fed up about cos actually been good :-( I sooo want to be at target now, don't think I'll ever get there. Sorry, just feeling sorry for myself :-(

Oh and Laura, tuna steaks are yum, quite meaty. Aldi do them x

As daft as it sounds maybe you being run down is also partly to blame for your gain. If you've been on plan then it won't be fat, don't worry you will get to target. Hope you're feeling better soon.
 
Thank you hun, hadn't thought of that. Will try my hardest to stay on plan but need soft food for my throat. Got a 1-1 with the manager at work, not great when feeling pants! Need to impress cos probation over in 2 weeks and then I can get the monthly bonus

Tuesday 12th

Breakfast - 3 weetabix with hot ss milk (hexa&b + 3 syns)

Lunch - homemade veg soup (leeks, onions, carrot, butternut squash & spices)

Dinner - ww beef casserole (6.5 syns) as working late, wm roll (hexb), banana, satsuma, ml yoghurt

Drinks - black coffee and water

Syns - 9.5
