I love my Red Days :-)

Thursday 14th - Target Day :)

Breakfast - toffee muller light and 35g all bran crunch (hexb)

Lunch - fritatta - cheese (hexa), peppers, tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms

Dinner - scallops and rocket salad, herb crusted lamb, potato cake, steamed veg, chocolate mousse and some bubbly - now a double celebration!

Fantastically well done - you've inspired me to hurry up as I'm taking the scenic route - it's taken me over 12 months to get two stone off, time for a big push to catch you up as my stats are very similar yours for start and target weights
 
I was quite surprised at how fast I lost it actually. It's cos I started running, altho I've not been out since dec! You'll do it, our bodies are weird and wonderful things x

Most definitely not disappearing!! Altho, I might give ee a go. When I've tried it before, I've not lost anything but it might work ok to maintain.

I am definitely around if anyone needs red plan help/tips etc cos I know a lot of people struggle with it.

Friday 15th

Breakfast - 2 weetabix with ss milk (hexa&b)

Lunch - chicken salad (lettuce, watercress, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, beetroot, babybel light hexa) ml yoghurt

Dinner - smoked river cobbler, asparagus, green beans, pud - crumbled alpen light bars (hexb) banana & custard ml yog, raspberries, choc mousse and spray cream (4 syns) I needed something sweet!

Working night shift, so snacks will be - mango, pineapple, banana, ff fromage frais

Snacks - meringue nest (2.5syns), melon, 6 milk choc buttons (2.5 syns)

Syns - 8

Sunday 17th

Hungover so breakfast was 2 slices of brown toast and marmite

Lunch - roast chicken, carrots, onion, green beans, cauliflower, sweetcorn, gravy

Dinner - ham salad roll (hexb), choc mousse (3 syns), handful of salted peanuts :-(

Drinks - water, black coffee, cappuccino

Night shift snacks - banana, melon, satsuma, ml yog, 35g all bran crunch (hexb)

Monday 18th

4am snacks on night shift - toffee ml, 35g all bran crunch, banana, blueberries, raspberries, melon

Woke up 4pm - 2 slices of wm toast, spread and marmite, choc mini roll, choc digestive - not good!

Dinner - cold gammon slices, hard boiled egg, salad (lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, yellow pepper, carrot, beetroot), branston pickle (1 syn)

Syns - well over!

Tuesday 19th - ee day

Breakfast - 2 weetabix, ss milk, blueberries, raspberries (hexa&b)

Lunch - gammon roll (3 syns), spread (2 syns ), light mayo (1 syn), carrot sticks, cherry tomatoes, 2 hard boiled eggs

Dinner - cheesy tuna pasta bake (3 syns)

Syns - 9

Ran 10k today :)

Im joining you as well...Im going to try and do red mainly...I have conditions that will respond better to it.
 
hi .i am thinking of trying red days .but i can not remember how it works .how much bread can i have .and is their much been changed on it .its years ago when i done it .lorna x
 
Hexb allowance is 2 slices of wm 400g loaf or a 60g wm roll. You can have 2 healthy extra's a day so bread and cereal or alpen bars etc or 4 slices of bread!!

Wednesday 20th

Breakfast - cherry ml, 30g all bran crunch (hexb), blueberries, black coffee

Lunch - leftover tuna pasta bake (hexa cheese) choc swiss roll (5 syns), 4 pieces of milk choc (4 syns)

Dinner - chilli (tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, garlic, carrots, butter beans) carrots and brocolli. No rice, too bloated from pasta at lunch

Snacks - 2 meringue nests, oh dear! (5 syns)

Syns - 14

Drinks - black coffee

Seriously aching from yesterday's run!
