JanD into the third year of maintenance :-D

Had 2 slices of ham and 2 of DH's crisps  xx

Why are you embarassed about that Jan? Thats perfectly healthy chick - now if you had stolen the whole pack of crisps from him - well thats another matter :)

LOL! I know that's supposed to be an 'embarrassed' face but I tend to go by the way they look and to me that one looks sort of 'sheepish' :)

Poor wee doggie. Always so sad to part with a friend.

Indeed - thanks Molly - my friend is absolutely bereft!

Just having a packet of Bacon sizzler MCoys ... seems I haven't quite got my head into the 'zone' yet  xx

You and your stew! It happened last time as well!
It is strange how certain foods trigger things off. Are you still going to Zumba Jan?x

Yes but didn't go on monday - my friend cried off and though I was going with her despite having the boys, her not going made it really easy for me not to as well  xx

Certain foods do make us want stuff we know we don't need. Sometimes we need to with the flow to just get it out of the system. Also Jan, you probably are readjusting after your week away.
I'm tryiing to cut back the snacking this week or I'll deffo see a gain cos I was surprised not to have one last week.

Now, come on mrs D, where have you gone?!!! :p
4 weeks untill your holiday, lets nip this in the bud :)
(I do understand though, its v.hard to get back to it after a lovely holiday)

Stop the stews for a while see if it helps, if it does then you can be pretty certain its that. Isnt it weird how certain things can trigger us off wanting more! x

I think it's Mary that's Mrs D but I know what you mean ;)

I'm going to have 3 FANTASTIC days whilst working and hopefully they will spur me on :)

Unfortunately I can't go to bed in the morning coz I'm taking Mum for a hospital appointment which is going to be a long one. I may have a banana or something in her house before we go. I'd take my breakie & have it there but I KNOW I'll want/have something else then before I go to bed when I eventually DO get home so I'd rather save it till then. xx

Good thinking Jan :) if yer know you'll want something when you get home best to save it :) xx
