Oh I will weigh if I've been 'bad' - that will make me face the music and reign it in, but when I've been not too bad and I think the result will be because of something beyond my control I tend to prefer to wait till I feel I'm back to 'normal' as an undeserved gain may make me think 'what the hell' !!

Having said all that I spoke too soon .... the tablets have worked - with a vengeance!!! .... Not really complaining but flippin' 'eck ... where the heck does it all come from!! xx (Don't actually expect or even WANT any answers to that question - ta ... ) xx

This is my friend Vicki (Tyson's 'Mum') ... I know some people will find her 'strange' but I just wish I had the nerve to be who I want to be, the way she does. I have the tattoos and some of the clothes but I only show/wear them in certain situations.
Maybe I should move to Tintagel xx

I'd have the same habit as Mary. I need the structure of a weekly weigh in. Otherwise I'd feel I'd loosen the reins too much. Each to their own.
Your friend has great character and obviously not afraid to display it. Hope she's getting over poor doggie.

Definitely great charachter and you can actually feel her personality coming through from the pic......its a shame the world was not full of more people like her, that were actually going through life 'being them'. Hats off to the woman.......WTG girl xx

Jan, weigh when you feel you need to. It is nice to weigh once a week to keep check of it but just find a day that works best for you.

One of the reasons why I chose a thursday/friday weigh in day is because I know after a weekend its going to be up so I like the extra few days to reign it back in.

I'm sure you'll figure out which day is best

No not the ones on her face Tan .... She is dressed for a Wiccan Celebration but the eyeliner is like that every day - swept up to the end of her eyebrown with dots as well and her NAILS!! I'll see if I can find a photo that shows them.

Got weighed after all - lost 3.4lbs weighing in at 10st 1.2lbs ... hope it's not just because of the laxative

OMG, those nails are gross - I have phobias about extremely long nails, they make me feel quite sick (apart from her nails though, she seems a lovely lady - would just make her wear gloves if ever I met her haha)

LOL! Yes they are her real nails & she has a 2 hour roundtrip to get them done as there's noone any closer. so if anyone is a nail technician and fancies moving to the Tintagel area - there is definitely a gap in the market there!!!! xx

LOL! Yes Molly - I think in between trips to the technician there is a lot of superglue involved!

Ended up having a piece of lemon sole in breadcrumbs out of the freezer with the salad for tea. I felt uncomfortable after it and still do. I'm wondering if it was the wheat in the breadcumbs ... dunno.

Have just had a boiled egg, left over from lunchtime, for my supper.

Enjoyed zumba (sort of) but my friend isn't going to go any more . I'm happy to be there on my own but I need the drive of someone else going to make me go in the first place ifkwim. I don't know what i'm going to do tbh xx

You've got me giggling thinking about John doing it ..... he has absolutely no coordination at all! He tried to do some of the dvd with me and it was sooo FUNNY!!!
