JanD into the third year of maintenance :-D

Well we can only try and see how it goes this week at least.

I had weetabix, skimmed milk & splenda for breakie. Half a tin of pea & ham soup & a piece of Burgens buckwheat & poppy seed toasted. A small banana. I'm hungry now though & it's only 3pm so I think I'm going to have the last boiled egg that's been hanging around in the kitchen. Taking mum out for her tea tonight (1st of this weeks meals out)
Wine will be imbibed ;) xx

Food sounds fab today Jan. Enjoy you're meal out & I'm sure you'll make good choices. Just like Mary said think filling, healthy square meals :) xx

Oh Jan I feel your pain! I felt so much better when I was bigger never having to think about food/exercise what I was eating!!! I hope you find somethings that works for you. Have a fab time out this week x

Looks like a fab 'normal' day Jan! :) are you enjoying having your wraps again? Which ones do you use? x

Food looked good Jan. you may just be turning the corner on the munch fest. did you feel sated or did you feel deprived today? Hope tomorrow is another good day.

Great normal looking menu Jan, and no snacking except the little bit of cheese..............I have every confidence you will get on great with eating more fulfilling meals as above, and you could still even lose a 1lb a week :)

Where are you today Jan? Hope you're ok xx

I've been off out enjoying myself :D .... And (I'm afraid) eating FAR FAR too much
I had 3 planned meals out this week but it turned into 4!

I've had a lovely day today - it's been my usual monthly 'mooch' day BUT my eldest asked me last week to take him to hospital for a little op he had to have. As it's quite a distance away I was just going to hang around and bring him back. On tuesday he got a call rearranging the date of the op. As he had a free day and I thought I was spending much of the day with him we decided to spend it together anyway. We got the train into Liverpool, went on the Liverpool Duck, had a lovely lunch with wine in Gusto's and then went on the Liverpool Eye. All in all it's been a really nice day :D:D xx

Awwww ok i'll let you off for going awol this time then!!! ;) hehe
Sounds like you both had a really nice day together xxx

Phew! Thanks for letting me off ;)

We did have a nice day ... also - yesterday I met a freind for lunch (creamy soup with crusty bread and loads of butter ) and evening meal should have been the monthly one with my friend but I had to put her off coz my son was held up and I still had his boys when we should have been meeting so instead DH & I went for a more romantic dinner for 2 ... this involved - amongst other things - sticky toffee pudding with lashings of custard AND lots of wine
Then I got the biccie munchies before bed again ... got that 'topping up' thing ... hate that :(

Dreading those scales on monday  xx

Have to say, i'm a little jealous of the pudding & wine!! .... what do you mean 'topping up'? xxx

Aww we've talked about this before so I thought you'd know what I meant - sorry .. Like when you're stuffed beyond stuffed but as soon as you feel less stuffed you feel like you need to top up the 'stuffedness' ;) xx :( xx

Ahh yeah I understand now! :p xx
