LOL!! - Have to laugh at that excuse ... even if there could be a (very) small element of reason in it ;)

RIGHT!!! Today is a new day. I tend to try to eat mostly protein on attunement days anyway so that should help. Going out for a meal with eldest son and family at tea time though.

I VERY much doubt that I'll get weighed in the morning. I think I'll leave it till wednesday. That way a few good days may allow me a sts wich isn't TOO bad a way to start me jollies. After that it'd be weighing after too little sleep as I never sleep properly in the days after my nights just before a holiday for thinking of everything I've got to do LOL!

Looking forward to today's wonderful healing energy to lift me out of the dolldrums which inevitably follow a 'bingey' day, which i'm sure it will.

I've just smudged the house with a sage stick so all negativety is BANISHED!! :D

Well it's been a lovely day .... It's been a privilege to add another light to the network of lightworkers lifting the planet out of the troubles it's go itself/we've got it into. And to see the reaction of someone attuned to the Reiki energies for the first time ... ***big sigh of contentment***
Then to go from there to a meal with my eldest and his family .... I am sooooo blessed :D:D:D xxx
 
Sunday 5th September

Breakie - Boiled egg, roast chicken, cottage cheese & balsamic

Lunch - as above

Tea - (carvery) 2 mushrooms & garlic sauce off someone elses starter. Slice turkey, slice gammon, 2 small roasties, l'il bit of cauli, l'il bit of brocolli, 2 slices of carrot and 2 scoops of gravy. 2 spoons of meringue with cream and caramel sauce.

Gosh it's quiet round here! I remember when I used to come on and there'd be 7,8,9 threads on my CP! Ah well ... that's summer I suppose - amongst other things :)

As I said - no wi recorded this morning - leaving it till wednesday.

Monday 6th September

Breakie - Boiled eggs & cottage cheese

Lunch - Boiled egg (!), chicken with tikka seasoning & cottage cheese ;)

Tea - Smoked river cobbler & stir fry

V&Cs ;)

Been busy today, ironing and - well not packing exactly, but putting stuff out ready to pack. Went out to get our Euros and a few bits & pieces as well. At this stage I can't believe I'll be organised by sunday but I WILL!!!

List time I think ;) xx

I remember this morning why I stopped DH pouring my drinks .... he does them waaaaaaay too strong and waaaaaaaay too often!! If I have to get my own I'm too lazy to go and get one too often and I'm mean with the measure. Feeling a wee bit delicate this morning :eek:

Tuesday 7th September

Breakie - same as yesterday, eggs & cottage cheese.

Lunch will also be very similar to yesterday though I don't think I could stomach the tikka chicken so will probably have some pork loin instead (Edit - I did . and a bit of ham)

4 slices of wafer thin ham

Tea - Pork steak & salad with balsamic. xx

Sounds as though you are back on track Jan. Your food looks good. Not long to go now til your jollies. Bet you can't wait!!

Any news on Mary yet, I've not been on for a few days cos we didn't have the internet at work but back up and running now, thankfully!
 
You're right I can't wait, but at the same time I'm not ready! :)

I AM being 'good' ready for wi tomorrow and praying for a sts!! :eek:

Hope Mary's OK. Last thing I read was she had gallstones, I think. How's she doing? Hope she's OK.

You will be ready for your hols when it arrives, we all think we aren't ready but most of us could go with about an hour's notice I reckon!! I might not remember everything to take, but would be able to go!

Good luck for your wi tomorrow, whatever it is I'm sure you will have a brilliant hol!

Well finger's crossed - though I did just come back on because I remembered I hadn't 'reported' my V&Cs ;)

If I'd had any thoughts of eating anything else tonight, watching the programme earlier about the School of Tropical Medicine in Liverpool would have put paid to it. Not much puts me off my food but one thing guaranteed to is creepy crawlies .... and seeing the worms wriggling around in some chaps eyes ...... BLEURRRRRGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!

Hope court's not too bad. One of my son's is a police officer so I know what it can be like :eek: xx
 
YAY!! Compensated okay for being really bingey at the weekend. Lost 0.4lb ... :D:D So I'm 10st 5.6lbs which is precisely 0.6lb more than I weighed when we went to Kef last year. So I'm relatively pleased with that :). I wanted to be 10st 3.something but 2lbs off that is a hell of a lot better than the STONES overweight I've gone a way at in previous years!
I'm hoping holiday mode doesn't creep in too soon - but I AM going out for lunch with my mum today. I like to do something nice with her before we go away. But I have no intention of starting a holiday feeling bloated so I'm determined I'm not going to 'let loose' as it were ;)

Wednesday 8th September

Breakie - 2 slices of pork loin.

Lunch (out) - chicken, bacon & sweetcorn in mayo with salad & a TINY squeeze of blue cheese dressing.

A Sainsbury's hedgehog (chocolate ;))

Tea - Weird combination. Just me eating so opened a tin of BGTY Moroccan inspired chick pea & spinach soup and chopped up a left over pork steak & threw that in too ....

Shape zero

Work - Chicken, ham & cottage cheese salad with balsamic, pear & nectarine.

Well done on another loss Jan, they all add up. Your weight maintenance is brilliant. Just 2lbs up on last hol's weight, brilliant!
Bet you will enjoy your holiday even more knowing that!! Hope you have a nice lunch with your mum, that's a nice idea to do that before you go away.

Good luck with keeping that holiday mode at bay, it'll come soon enough!
