Tuesday 13th April
Breakie - 2 weetabix, small banana (run out of berries ) and skimmed milk
Lunch - Green Giant Vine ripened tomato soup (something like that)
3pm Alpen light bar
Tea was going to be a pork shank with stir fry but I didn't get in till 8pm & was really hungry so I had a pouch of 'Look what we found' Bolognaise on a bed of baby spinach - so I've almost had a diet chef day
2 yellow plums
No good pretending there won't be a couple of voddies tonight. If I was more sensible about this it'd be a lot easier I know
Managed to go without it on LT for 17 weeks! **sigh** xx
