Well you have had a good couple of days, so hopefully the weigh in wont be as bad as you perhaps thought.

Those links are working now Mary so I've had a bit of a browse. I can't say the reviews make it sound our sort of place though :( - maybe we're just spoiled now ;)
I've mailed the owner of the accommodation we like in Katelios to see if we can get the costs down at all by doing it all independantly - we'll see, finger's crossed.

Sunday 30th May

Breakie - 2 weetabix etc & 1 teaspoon of muesli (to see what it was like) and for some reason a slice of ham ... ?

Bed

Very, very end of the batter off DH's chippie fish.

Tea - I made a big chicken salad & tossed it all with season-all and balsamic, ate half and packed half up for work. Pear

Work - that salad, blueberries & Total 0% and a little tub of pickles & gherkins. xx
Editing to add a piece of bread with vitalite & teaspoon of coleslaw :eek:

BTW - It's a year on Tuesday since I started refeeding after 15weeks TFR - bit of a milestone but more of one in 2 weeks when I've been maintaining for a year - will have to make sure that at the very least (or is is most, lol) I am the 10st 7.6lbs I was then!! :) xx

Glad the links are working for you now Jan. I love that site, it might be worth you joining up, or even joining to www.tripadvisor.co.uk and asking some questions too.

Hopefully the guy can get you the price of the hotel a bit lower, I always do it independently now, unless there is a good bargain in the shop window, like what we had for Salou.

Jan, if anyone can get back to the weight you want to be for your year Anniversay, then its YOUUUU, you can do it.

Its normal to have a weight fluctuation and to be honest, I think half a stone either side is not a bad marker to have.
 
Yeah - I know what you mean, though I'd have to draw the line at around 5lbs over ... I know it's mad but half a stone sounds like so much more than some lbs. All in the mind!! :) xx
 
Its torture what we do to ourselves sometimes.

Your menu's have been really good the last few days Jan, good luck for your WI tomorrow.

I am off out tomorrow afternoon, our local club usually has a good turn out on Bank Holiday Monday, so we will probably go up there tomorrow afternoon for some liquid refreshments after a nice lunch.

Are you working again tomorrow night? I am off now until Friday. (thats when I get home in the morning)
 
Thanks Mary I'm trying though I could probably be doing a little bit better. WI after a night shift is always a bit iffy but better than not weighing again. Must remember NOT to drink coffee DH brings me tomorrow afternoon before weighing!

I'm just off Mon & Tues nights and then in Wed, Thurs & Fri. This is the first time for years I haven't been working the night of my birthday! (Sat)

Your afternoon in the club sounds lovely - I hope you enjoy it :) I'll be having a few glasses of something tomorrow night - always my downfall! My weight would be so much easier to manage if I didn't drink! :D xx

So I gained 4.4lbs ... not too bad really considering. I HAVE been 'good' for 3 days so it was undoubtedly a bit more than that ;) (in fact it WAS 5.8lbs - had a sneaky wi on friday ;))

Bed

Tea - Pollock with brocolli topping, ratatouille, roasted butternut squash & sweet potato (ready prepared) Pear

Wine :)

4 small crispbreads 2 with phili light&chives 2 with egg&bacon sandwich filler

At least you know the damage Jan, and it is now just a matter of batting down the hatch so to speak :D:D

Had a look at your piccies....AND, no wonder you put on weight with all the booze I saw....:8855::8855: (Just pulling your leg)!! But, must admit just seeing them made me feel all homesick!! I think I can understand why you struggled as it did look really busy and if you are used to something quieter and smaller,,,,but we just need to find you somewhere quieter for next time :)

Food looked good today, reckon you will shift that extra weight in no time at all!!!!!!!
