Breakie - 2 sliced ww bread toasted with ls jam 3pp

Lunch - Chicken salad wrap with el mayo 6pp

Tea - 120g chicken breast 4pp baked with el lfg cow & carrots

1pp for 0pp stuff

V&Cs @4pp x 4 x1 x1

snackajacks 2pp

ww belgian choc slice (yes i got more :eek:) 2pp

just remembered I had a 'celebration' this afternoon 1pp

Well done on the loss Jan, the scales are going the right way hun. Good decision to give it another week, and a good point of not eating, just because the points are there.

Probably - and there's always www.channel4.com/4od it's all over in the first 10 minutes - you don't have to watch it all - well unless you actually want to see the programme that is ;) xx

Wednesday 26th January

Breakie - none - didn't come down till 1.30pm (starting work tonight)

Lunch - ww ocean pie 5pp ww yog 1pp

Tea - Bean 'stew' total 13pp will count 4pp for my tea and another 4pp for what I take to work though DH will have more than 1/3rd!

mango & ww yog 1pp

work - as above, a tortilla to put some in 4pp, fruit & a pkt of snackajacks 2pp

Breakie tomorrow - I've decided to change the way I count when I'm at work and count from when I get up till I go back to bed (like a 'normal' person) it hasn't felt right the other way - 2 weetabix, blueberries, splenda, skimmed milk 4pp 2 slices ww bread toasted with ls jam 4pp (just coz I had the points :()

Total 29pp
29 lushies left (remembered I had a 'sample' of cheese in tescos yesterday so I've taken 1 off)
