Jan! Have you watched cougar town??
She has 'big joe' .... Massive wine glass for emergencies - I imagine all of us having one of them but every weekend!! Hahaha

No - never seen it - but sounds good to me ;) xx

You should watch it!!! The 2nd series starts next week. Will give you something else to watch in work now :giggle: x

Don't think its on an iplayer is it? bbc, itv or channel 4s??? Thought it was on a sky channel ... ? xx

OMG what a glass! If you filled that up with wine you'd have to have a 1metre straw to drink it with cos you sure as hell couldn't pick it up:eek: you could share it though, that'd be fun:D

Hang on Sandra .............SHARE?!!!!!!!!!!!! Share wine?!!!!!!!!!!! You still have a bit to learn around here when it comes to us and wine! :giggle: :p xx

Evidently! Who's round is it?:D

You took the words right out of my mouth Tan :D:D:D LOL!!! ;) xx

Tired out after wandering around Livepool all day ... I did get a pair of jeans but they're 'these'll do' ones. I only found up to the waist ones in 2 shops! In New Look I tried them on and I dont know who's waist they're supposed to go up to but they certainly didn't reach mine... told you I'm a funny shape!! I ended up getting a pair in Evans, I went in because I appeared to be needing a 16, not realising that Evans now do lower sizes too. I ended up with a pair of their 14s - which DO reach my waist but gape at the back .... that funny shape again :(. I carried on looking but didn't find anything else

Glad you got a pair in the end Jan :) Jeans are a nightmare arent they!! xxx

Yeah - I'm sorta glad , I'm gonna keep looking though - surely somewhere out there is the pair I REALLY want ;) :) xx

I've seen some advertised for different bum shapes, can't remember who they were by though. I do know that Selfridges does them made to measure........doubtless cost a fortune! I guess I might bother if I was only 20 something and lived in jeans, but I reckon at 50 we can manage without:D

The Levi's in ... can't remember if it was John Lewis or Debenham's .... had different 'solutions' for issues with bum fit .. BUT - and I know how ridiculous this is going to sound - the sizes weren't 14, 16 etc they were waist sizes and leg length like men's. I have no idea what I measure round the middle and have no wish to, so didn't bother with them! (Like I said - daft :() xx

Ignorance is bliss?

Precisely :D xx

Jan, delighted you got your jeans. You will find them so comfy. No doubt this will be the first of many pairs for you!

I read that GAP do jeans for curvy shape to accommodate curviliciois bums but tighter round waist! Don't know what they cost tho cos they're not in their meagre online selection,
However a big UP for not giving up and getting some! And when you do find ur dream pair, I'm willing to lay money that you'll join the buy more that one pair team lol

Jan so pleased you found some jeans! Honestly you will be hooked!! I have over 30 pairs of jeans last count and I love them all but I have 1 favourite pair of each style that I wear constantly lol :)

HaHa ... :D I probably will ;) ... No curvilicious bum here though unfortunately - no shape, flat - can't tell where legs end and bum starts only by knicker line :sigh: xx

30 PAIRS!!! Goodness me!!! ;) xx
