Whoo!! Another early packer! I jaw everything packed atleast 7days before (except for make up and straighteners)!! Xx

Everything is out on the spare bed - just need to put it in the case ... but make up & straighteners deffo last thing!! xxx

hehee!! Everyone thinks I pack waaay to far in advance! But I need it all sorted and double checked got to make sure I dont wear anything I want to take away with me in the week before .... i think you might get the picture!! Cant wait to see your holiday pics already!!! x

Can't bear to see my baby so heartbroken (okay my baby is 33 but still ...... ) ... But you're right - he would hate to think he's 'spoiled' our holiday so here's hoping I can go away and put it - if not to the back of my mind then at least on 'hold' for 2 weeks xxx

Poor Jan, this upset with you son is really casting a cloud over your excitement about your hols. It is hard for you. Hope you can balance it all- being the caring"I'm here for you" mum and the carefree spirit on her odyssey. You will manage it, I'm sure.

Was annoyed with myself last night but even more annoyed at DH! ...

When he brought me a glass of wine in I asked how much was left (I always like to know if it's the last one - dunno why) He said it was all gone ... I was surprised as I'd drunk it really quickly in that case and knew I was going to want something else. I had a glass of amaretto and went out to get another a bit later on ... of course by that time the damn sugar had got to me and wanted something to eat. After stuffing down a couple of biscuits I opened the fridge and there in the door was my wine bottle with at least 2 more glasses still in it!!!! I was FUMING!
Of course DH doesn't understand the level of my irritation and it's hard to explain that the amaretto made (ok not MADE but you know what I mean) me eat and I knew if I'd just had that wine I wouldn't have eaten anything and it would have been a 'good' day ......

...... so I had 2, yes 2, brunch bars as compensation (OFGS!!) xx

BTW - DH can't explain why he told me it had all gone .... I mean - take the top off a bottle, pour a glass of wine, replace top, put bottle back in fridge. OR .... take the top off, pour a glass of wine, put empty bottle in recycling bin ...... no difference there is there???!!!!! GRRRR!!!!

I DID have another glass which I knocked back defiantly HAHA - what am I like??!! - But there's still one there which will probably get thrown away as I'm working all weekend. xx
