Breakie - ww yog

Lunch - tin Baxters healthy choice lentil & veg soup with 2 pieces of spelt bread 1 dry & 1 with butter & helmanns

Tea - Chicken in ww chilli sauce with brown rice
ww yog

weeto bar & 2 pieces of kitkat senses

work - taste the difference salad, pear, 2 clementines & brunch bar. xx

Have completely lost the plot AGAIN!! Too much emotional stuff going on that I can do absolutely nothing about :( ... trying to have a couple of fruit days to pull back but we'll see :eek:

At the moment I really wish we weren't going away but I'm sure I'll enjoy it once we get there.

I'm not sure what to say, have never been very good with words but you know we are all here if you need a virtual shoulder.

I'm not surprised you've lost way a bit, with emotional drainage it's hard not to isn't it, but do enjoy your holiday if you can, You said yourself the other day that he wouldn't want that being spoilt.

Ah Jan, you sound so very down in yourself. With all the family stuff going on it must be v hard to concentrate on losing a few pounds. Sometimes the best way to manage diet may be to not "think " about it, if that makes any sense.
You have been maintaining for a very long time so can instinctively make good choices without thinking too much about it. So maybe try doing this until you get back from hols. Meantime park cals, WW etc and make as good choices as you can. At times like this setting limits can be more destructive than helpful, IMHO.
Concentrate your energy on whatever is most important. Xx

I've just realised in the middle of all this I've missed a dear friend's birthday! I MUST be preoccupied :eek:

Ah well - nothing I can do so I'm going to find the positives in all this and focus on them!! :) xx

Oh yeah - forgot to say .. lost 0.2 of the 2lbs I put on last week - no doubt thanks to the fruit salads ... well better than putting on again!! xx

Hey Jan, big hugs to you for all the discomfort and heartache you are all going through at the moment. Such a pity that this has come just before the holidays, as its bound to have put a bit of a dampner on it, I can feel your hurt in the way you are writing lately. Sorry I haven't been on here much the last 4 days or so, but a little bit like what Molly says in an earlier thread, I just feel I am over-doing my thread in the Minimins at the moment, so perhaps I am now taking a back seat to it and letting nature run its course.

Still watching what I eat and eating healthy, and lost 1lb this week.
