Hope it all works out Jan, or that you can at least escape it and have a good holiday......I can't believe how quickly that's come round! Are you packed? I have this recurrent nightmare that I get to the airport and have forgotten to pack......it would never happen in real life cos I pack days before!

Lol ... no am not packed & nowhere near ready ... Funnily enough I have a recurreunt nightmare where i nave to move back into my last house but it is not THE house I lived in and whatever I do I can't satisfy those around me .. I guess that says alot!!! xx

Busy day here there and everywhere sorting out bits and pieces etc but feel as though we're quite organised now - which is just as well really as we leave in just over 3 days!!

Wednesday 8th March

Breakie - 2 pieces spelt toast with helmann's (sorry Vanessa)

Lunch - 2 pieces of spelt toast with cottage cheese

slice ham

Tea - Bought cooked garlic & herb chicken with brocolli & leek

Brunch bar

Work - Tin Baxters healthy choice Lentil & veg soup, tropical fruit salad & ww yog. xx

I KNOW I can't believe it!! I'm working tonight, tomorrow & Friday nights so in bed Sat - son & 2 grandsons coming & bringing KFC for tea & we leave the house at 5am on Sunday morning! xx

Not all packed but stuff all ready to go in cases ... Got some AUSdollars today - they're like monopoly money

No just 2 weeks - 16 nights away but 2 of them will be spent travelling. Not really long enough for Oz but the best we can do. John's holidays are cr@p and I can only have more than 2 weeks off together if I've got a letter from the Pope! As it is I've timed it so that we come back the week of my weekend on so we come back on Tues 29th & I'm in on the friday - don't think I could have coped with going to work on the wednesday night! xx

Oh yes and I DO plan on enjoying the KFC - I haven't had one for at LEAST 15 years!! I kid you not! xx

This holiday has really come around quick Jan, just shows how the weeks fly.

KFC.......I hate the stuff, well I would love it if they removed the skin from the chicken before putting the coating on it, but I HATE chicken skin, unless I am pissed and its crispy haha.

We're going to Melbourne, 4 nights with my cousin & a days diving for John, Surfer's Paradise on the Gold Coast in Queensland, staying in a unit (which I assume is a flat but could be a shed for all I know ) owned by my cousin, for 6 nights (2 days diving for J, 1 at Surfer's & 1 at Byron Bay) and then Sydney for the last 4 nights and a final days diving for J ... gonna be knackered xx

It's at LEAST 15 years since KFC - which I only know coz I'm sure I haven't had one since I've been married to J - probably because I'm permanently on a diet of some description! xx

EEEEEEEK!!!! NO!!!! Can't even bear the thought of it!

I will lie in - coz he gets up ridiculously early on those days, except for Byron Bay when I'll go with him. Shop, sunbathe, relax .... in Sydney I'm going to meet my (probably soon to be ex) son-in-law's mum who lives there for (a probably very liquid) lunch where we will probably cry on each other's shoulders **sigh** but hey - it's life ....
