I CONFESS. I was not thinking and put some chicken in the bin this morning, which subsequently has made a bit of a pong... Am I telling them? Hell no. :cool:

I keep getting discount offers for Tapas. I don't know anyone who will go out for tapas, it's most annoying. People just say "But I don't like tapas"... How can you not? They do everything?? Eurgh. Maybe I'll just go on my own :D

Can I come? I love tapas! I never understand it when people say things like 'I don't like Tapas' or 'I don't like veggies'. Maybe just because I'm not a fussy eater but I just think 'What not any single little thing?' But then I am a total greedy guts - I like everything.

Sorry to hear BB is off away again but you know what they say about absence making the heart grow fonder and all that flapjack. Ignore him trying to get you to react - being supportive is the best thing you can do, being cross wouldn't make the slightest bit of difference anyway! He just wants you to be emotional about it (which you can be - but maybe in your own time?!) so he can feel super-special :p

I heart scallops. Wrapped with parma ham is best. YUMMY! They are literally my favourite thing.

Ah hun - try not to let it worry you, 1/2lb is nuffink! I'm sure you'll feel better tomorrow, new week in the world of weight loss and all that flapjack. You've started with the chunks of exercise challenge now anyway - that's the key. Have a nice sleep :)

Just a quick little update before I naff off home...

Today, I have had the following:
Breakfast : Beans on toast, with 2 poached eggs
Snack: strawberry jelly - why?? I despise jelly, I have no idea how I ended up with this in my trolley. Eurgh. Need to trifle-ify the rest of the pots I have!
Snack: toffee yogurt and a banana
Lunch: quorn and mushroom curry, rice
Snack: a curly wurly [hurrah, return of the curly wurly!]
Drinks: 2 teas, big glass of squash

I got told off last night. When I was whinging that SW didnt work last week, Biker told me to stop being so bloody flippant, pick a diet and stick to it. *salutes* SIR YES SIR!

Mum tells me that I am eating too much..... "How did you get on at class?" "I stayed the same" [didn't want to risk the crap for putting weight on...] "Well you know your problem, you eat far too much junk".
Excuse me? Do you know what a vegetable is? Seen any fruit in the past month? When was the last time you actually cooked something Mother?
When she has 6 slices of toast heaped in butter and jam, and a bowl of cereal every night as well as her tea...? Like I'm gonna listen to her. She never eats anything fresh either, just processed food, no vegetables, pre-made lasagnes, pizzas, burgers and chips... But she won't listen. That cheesecake I made, the oreo one? I got 1/8th of the thing. Dad had none. And the rest was gone by the time I got back from Bikers last weekend. And she had a blasted cheek to say "it wasn't very good".......

Thing is, thinking of it, I didn't eat very well at all last week.
I had pudding, full fat icecream, we went out for thai, I had that bit of pizza that I didn't really need, I had booze that I didn't count...

So today, military fashion, everything has been written down. And honestly, I am HUNGRY now. Really looking forward to a dinner of chicken, and roasted veggies :)

I'm an idiot though... I said SW would be better for me since I had heaps of free/zero point veggies on WW - salads, stir fries, veg curry... So I switch to SW, and I have not had a single stir fry in two weeks, and only one salad... Typical...
 
Ruddy mothers! Honestly - they do have a cheek sometimes. Don't worry though chick my mum is often the same! She looked at me the other day and said, 'I'm not sure about that t-shirt, the thing on it makes you look a bit wide.' I could have lamped her.

Ah well. Sounds like you're definitely back on track. I know it doesn't really help but I've been struggling a lot recently so you're not alone. We just need to focus - planning and pointing everything that goes near our gobs.

To be fair - one thing I appreciate about WW is that even though I'm always using veggies to fill me up because they're 0-point, it actually encourages me to eat more of them. So in some weird way we pobably healthier.
