Had to go out to get a memorial card and a birthday present as they both need posting on Thursday so ended up going to the shopping centre as it's free parking and everything is inside

Feel rough though voice is definitely returning

Voice back about 80%

Weigh in will be interesting as I think we're using the new stuff which I haven't been trained on as I got sent home last week

My stomach has been very bad again and nothing much seems to be staying in so the tests can't come soon enough

Lost 1lb so I'm exactly at target which is the first time this year so I'm really pleased

What was the consensus about the new scales etc?

Well done Jaffa! Sadly I wasn't so lucky - weighed myself on my home scales and it said 13 stones - aaaah hate them but know they are usually 1lb more than the SW scales at class and I weighed 12 12.5 so just 0.5 out of my target so using my week's grace but nearly didn't go to class but thought it could have been worse next week if I'd not gone. I haven't overindulged this week, however haven't written it all down and maybe I need to do that! :cry:

Sounds like you did better than you thought Donna...and that 1/2lb will soon come off. Isn't it annoying when we know we've been good and yet the scales don't reflect it!! Yes I would definitely start keeping a food diary...I've always down that in a small notebook.
Joseph reckons the scales are 'fixed' to keep us target members on our toes!
