We aren't getting new scales she said just a new lead and we aren't using the new system till next week now.

Writing or down certainly helps Donna and as you said it could have been a lot worse next week if you didn't go today.

Still coughing and I was up between 5 and 7 with a massive coughing choking fit. It was horrified.

Not long to go till I finish work and I'm off tomorrow

Still feeling atrocious. This cough and not sleeping properly is really draining me.
My scales are slightly up but stomach has settled down a bit so that will be why as Tuesdays loss wasn't a true loss I don't think

One of the tablets I take suppresses my immune system so it takes me longer to recover and fight infections

I think if I had a few nights uninterrupted proper sleep it would make a real difference

Back in work tomorrow but next week will be tough as I'm working Monday Tuesday and Wednesday as it's J's daughter's birthday on Monday and I needed Friday off for a party so we just swapped.

Basically as long as one of us is in my boss doesn't care so we sort it out amongst ourselves.

J is also my bosses wife as well as my good friend

I'm up and I've been super active as I've just used the g tech carpet sweeper to do the floors

Next I might attempt to brush and mop the kitchen conservatory toilet and bathroom
