Yes a few bits of cheese. We buy the veggie version of parmesan and use a vegetable peeler to slice it then freeze it as it defrosts instantly when you put it on hot pasta

Thank you I've told chef ie my husband and he now has a big grin on his face

Basically take your hex b of wholemeal bread

Put a bit of marg or low fat butter or whatever in a bowl add crushed garlic and parsley mix it all around spread on bread and bake

I guessed the syns to be honest but he said he didn't use a lot of my vegan margarine

Yes I think the dessert is only available at tesco at this time. I have asked in Morrison's...and glanced in Sainsbury's today but none!
