Weak bladder !! But yes I do have a mug of coffee between 9 to 9.30 and go to bed around 10.30 to 11.30

It doesn't really bother me and it isn't every night it happens

I have tried to eat more superfree today but I haven't really kept track.

I don't think I've had more then 15 syns but it is pointless posting as no pictures and today has been a bit vague

I have also managed the gym again and I am hoping to go tomorrow as well

I feel it's nice to have some downtime (food wise) after the run up to weigh in frenzy!! And you've had work today too. I did some walking round the town this morning while I waited for an hour to have my (long) boots heeled.
Did your area have any effects from Hurricane Gonzalo? We had a pretty windy and rainy Monday night. When I dropped Joseph off to Tai Chi yesterday morning and then drove along the seafront, the sea looked mighty choppy.

Well I feel awful. One of our cats - the old grumpy one he is about 15/16 decided to jump on us at 4 am 5 am 6 am etc and just wouldn't settle.
I have had a splitting headache since 5.30 am and I have only just managed to take some tablets.
I am hoping it clears so I can go to the gym soon then supposedly we are out shopping this afternoon before seeing Caro Emerald

Unfortunately as he is getting older he is settling less and less and just wanders around a lot my husband was given the cat - he was found wandering in November 1998 and we got together April 1999 so he is our baby.
The other cat we got 2 years ago when our other died of cancer. So we have always lived with two cats since we have lived together 10 years this year

Yes I see your problem... That's pretty old for a cat or dog for that matter. Guess he just wants company.

Or warmth although he does have a heated house but he is going out less and less and wandering around the house more

I managed the gym but only a short session so that's 3 short sessions this week

Just going to have a shower and get ready to go out then shopping wandering eating and watching !

Food wise not been 2 bad

2 bananas 1 before and 2 after the gym
3 malted chocolate balls

In Manchester sushi noodle soup and tempura
At Starbucks we shared 3 mini tarts and that's it

Not so good when I got in as I forgot to take my tablets with me and I really needed to take them and they have to be taken with food or I'll be ill so I had 2 jaffa cakes 4 dark chocolate cashew nuts from New York and a glass of lactofree milk

Woke up with yet another headache and today is a work day

That's the trouble with some meds...I took one of my antihistamines too close to bedtime and it stopped me getting to sleep for what seemed like ages.
Hope that headache subsides and work is OK today...at least it's Friday!

I am wading through treacle this morning I feel that bad.
I can't focus or concentrate I am that exhausted.

Not really but I am just getting ready to go home. I am meant to finish at 5pm so 5.30pm isn't too bad as that is the earliest I have finished all week.
Thank goodness I am not back in till Tuesday
