Oh you and me both out to eat tomorrow!
I'm going to a Toby carvery and if they are serving it...
Nut Roast Wellington
Sweet potatoes, grated carrots and parsnips
spiced with paprika and sage, then mixed
with crushed walnuts, cashew nuts and butter
beans and wrapped in a puff pastry jacket.
I can add the carvery veggies of course.
The dessert will be an eaton mess!
