Morning Jaffa...we seem to have a working website at the mo! How was the Chinese last night...thinking of you sent me on the prowl for 'something'....but I ate something healthy! lol.

I'm also still in bed yes I know its nearly 11am but tough its cold out there

Chinese was wonderful and we have leftovers today

Tofu with sweet sour sauce my husband crispy meat in kung po sauce
Boiled rice
Crispy noodles

Reminds me how generous Chinese meals are with their portions...sufficient for 2 days!
How did you make the soup...it sounds very good.

Yes it only cost £20 for 2 starters 2 main course 1 rice 1 noodles the spring rolls were free as we spent over £18

We had to cook more rice today as the rice and noodles were all eaten yesterday.

I remember when we would eat that for one meal and not split it over two days.

The soup is this one from one of the New Covent Garden soup books. He used the soup maker

Yes I think we've all learned that eating less = weighing less!
Thanks for the link...I've copied it into my food diary. I find if I bookmark them they get forgotten but this way I do actually search for them and use them.
