To be honest I didn't mind the running late as at least the clinic wasn't cancelled and I had my kindle !

Ruffles bar 7 syns

Total 25 syns not too bad considering I wasted 5 syns in the hospital because I forgot my alpen light bars

jaffa glad the appointment went well, even if late. I can't say SW are responsible for my weight loss - well not all of it anyway! I was about 16.5 stones when I first joined SW.
 
Very inventive using the pasta and sauce as a basis, and looks delicios too!

I will have to have a look at the garlic bread next time I am in Asda.
 
Yes we always make pasta bake like that now.
Basically cook up pasta n sauce with extra dried pasta and more water when it's done add the low low cheese melted then all the veg and whack in the oven

You could easily make it meat friendly .
We use either the macaroni cheese or the broccoli cheese.

You can have it as a none pasta bake as well just fry light all the veg and add it to the cooked pasta n sauce and extra pasta.
It's a perfect easy cook meal that you can really bulk out
 
I like the idea of it Jaffa, but I wouldn't be able to make it for me and Hubby, because of the gluten in the pasta'n'sauce.
