I've checked my book as I forgot to take it with me and it's actually better then I thought

This time last year when I weighed after 2 weeks off I put on 3.5lbs another 0.5lb more and I would have been out of target so I'm actually 2lbs lighter then this time last year !!
 
Well yes that's why I've not really tried to be honest as my 3 monthly blood tests are fine my cholesterol and blood sugars are in the bottom end of normal range as is my blood pressure.

My own gp just laughed and said why as 4lbs or so won't make any difference to my overall health

But they do like their tick boxes
 
Nope probably not due to the free food and syn confusion ie use synned veggie sausages not free veggie sausages but I am going to be more mindful about the S and P symbols and I have made a little excel list for my purse with all the S&P foods I eat and try to buy more of them.

We'll also have more bean based meals I think and stop relying on potatoes so much
