Orange club biscuit - had a real craving 5 syns

Marinated tofu from Chinese supermarket possibly 2 or 3 syns sweet potato fries mini corn in cob salad pitta bread hex b

Chocolate 5 syns

Total 20 syns there or thereabouts again no hex a

Good about the scales, blah about star week and what a delicious looking feast you had last night!
 
The pain is different to my daily pain. It's difficult to articulate and describe but they are totally different

I might weigh in at homd before I fly next week I'm not decided yet as I don't want to ruin the first day of my holiday

Meal out today was Turkish mezzes will post pictures when I get them off my husbands phone
 
I wasn't sure if your husband was going too.
I've never eaten in a meze, we do have one in the town centre though...but I know Joseph wouldn't eat there. :sigh:
Well, you won't be weighing in again until 10th? plenty of catch up time when you get back. Generally there always seems to be plenty of healthy food to be found on the Spanish islands so I'm sure you'll be alright. Are all your meals in the hotel?
 
No just me and my mum and we're all inclusive so there is food on tap all day
Breakfast
Snacks
Lunch
Snacks
Dinner
Etc plus unlimited drinks cocktails non alcoholic cocktails etc

There should be loads of salads but there will also be lots of bread chips and other unhealthy stuff and I have no will power abroad as I'm quite restricted with what I eat when I go all inclusive so it tends to be chips salad and bread I don't really have many desserts as they tend to be full of cream which I can't have but if they just have cakes and biscuits then I'll be in trouble !

My weakness is also fried potatoes like hash browns etc and the breakfast pancakes or churros you sometimes get

But life is too short and holiday is for enjoying and I love food

Yes the 10th but I've booked it off as holiday just in case I'm still over.

I'll go to class but depending on my scales will depend if I get weighed
 
Oh Jaffa hope you have a lovely holiday! Enjoy the sunshine, its long overdue here but then it is only January! :rolleyes: I am still keeping to the programme so hoping to be back to target on Tuesday.
