Morning all
Well I feel utterly poo! My stomach is bloated and it feels like it's been scraped out n twisted round in knots! Deep joy! N my back is killing n am still tired!
Cud easily stay in bed but got to go in there's hardly any staff in today n I got to open up the office as it were, supposed to be manned(womaned - as theres no men un our office) from 7.30am but I think it may b 8am today sod it x
Don't know whether I will eat anything today, I may try some choc weetabix n fruit if anything x

Gonna buy some buscopan tablets at lunch, what's colpermin is it by

Well a wee break from the gym won't do too much harm hon, your health is important. Colpermin is kinda like buscopan really, can get it in boots.

Yes I think a break may b good, but dont think my muscles will agree, n hubby won't agree, he will have to go to gym on his own lol
I picked up some buscopan n some heat pads, had a tab n got a pad on n had a lucozade n still feel bloated n tired lol will have to have a relaxing wkend xx
Bless u, we have both done well out of it, he is a lovely active 51yr old lol we go on plenty of hols n adventures on our motorbike! It's ace x

So will head to dublin probably. Maybe look for some new jeans (I've none that fit me right anymore). You gonna have a duvet and dvd weekend lol?! X

It is good but reeeeead the booook hee hee! I'm going to try and find a generously sized pair of 12s too. I find it hard to buy jeans cuz I have a big caboose. I also have big feet so couldn't wear jeans that aren't bootcut cuz my feet look clownish lol!

Just woke up, tummy still a bit funny! Will continue taking tabbies.
Managed my tea last night but then felt horrendously full n bloated! Had pork fillet with a creamy sage sauce, pots n baby corn, sugar snap peas!

Gonna take it easy today, think give gym a miss till Monday, have to send hubby to gym on his own bless.

Will try some weetabix for breakky n for tea am gonna make lamb skewers n rice, a SW recipe!
