Ooo that sounds amazing, is your oh a good cook? Yummy :) I've just had a ww creamy chicken and mushroom pasta meal, with loads of veg. I don't often have ready meals as not a big fan, but that was really nice and there was loads of it! Yayy is that worsbro near the mill and farm? I use to go there loadds when I was little, love it :D!! I'm from Hillsborough, but I was brought up in Grenoside, so nearer towards the Barnsley end :) xx
 
OH is a fab cook, I like to do my bit n try new recipes but he knows wot spices n flavours go well together where as I dont really, I like to think of myself as a Nigella n he is Raymond Blanc lolz x
I actually live in a cottage at the side of the mill behind the club love lolz x small world I work in Sheffield too for the council, mores the pity lol x

Right my diary for day 3-
Guess wot gone over my points again! I am useless!

B: 6PP
Choc weetabix n sk milk
Ww raspberry tart Yoghurt

L: 14PP
Ainsley chick n veg cup o soup n 6 crackers
Snk - small choc muffin
Thin slice of WW brown bread n banana

D: 20PP. Chilli n rice
Pork mince, mixed beans, rice
Glass of red wine

Exercise today is 30 mins moderate walk and 20 mins gardening.

So total is 40! Which is 11WP used n that's 33WP n it's only Wednesday!
I have planned my menu for tomoz n am not using any WP!
My plan for tomoz is same breakfast n snacks will be fruit n lunch is boiled egg on WW bread n dinner is cod n veg!
Be positive Liz! :-(
Plus am gonna do a great session at the gym! Planned that too: 500 crunches/200 sit-ups/100 Swiss ball crunch, 20 mins x trainer, 15 mins spinning bike, 3x20 tricep pulldowns, 3x20 bicep curls, 5 min rowing!

Will let u know how my plans go tomoz

Is it fab work wot about my points, is it ok that I have nearly used my WP already? have noticed alot of ppl saying they don't use em but I don't c how! Lol x
 
Oo I forgot to say, I tried my cruise dresses on at the weekend n they all fit! They are all size 12 n a few are satin n they even fit without any nasty bumps so I right pleased!

And I have measured my bits this morn, n have lost some inches! my waist was 34 it's now 30, thigh were 25 now 22, hips were 39 now 37! So I pleased with that as I had a sneaky WI n scales say I put a pound on! Doh!

ignore the scales hun, its the inches that matter now. (sounds dodgey!!) I weighed today. STS but lost and inch of waist, hips, arms and bust :)

Your gym plan looks good :)

Just remember keep the progression going, when it feels easier, shift it up a notch, weight/speed :) you will get there.

Very well done on the dresses :) I'm hoping my dress looks better on me by the 18th :)

Day 4 diary - managed to do well today after my planning last night!
Gym was ace!! I nailed my gym routine! I planned a months gym routine! After checking with the v helpful personal trainer Nikki (Nixnax)! Thanks Hun x

B: 6PP
2 choc weetabix with skimmed milk n banana
Ww yoghurt

L: 12PP
2 boiled eggs n 2 slices ww brown bread
Goahead yoghurt break

D: 13PP
Smoked cod loin, new potatoes, broccoli n carrots!
Small Glass of red wine

So that's a total of 31/29! So only 2WP used.
Really pleased!

Gym was great, did 20 x trainer-
On a higher effort level! 20 spinning bike, 10 fast uphill walk, 500 crunches, 100 situps, 3x20 reverse crunch, 3x20 back extension, 3x10 quad raises, 3x15 leg curls, 3x20 glutes lift!
Felt great n rejigged my plan a little but I feel like I have done well! I done lower body today it's upper body tomorrow!
Really glad nikki showed me reverse crunch they don't look much but they sure feel like alot!
Watch this space!
