Oooh I think I would start to grow things if your chocolate bar plants were for sale. Food today- 2 toast with laughing cow. A crab sandwich with a salad with vinegar. Tea- trout cooked in microwave with rice containing sweetcorn and peas. Raspberries and mullerlight yoghurt. :)

But Mo - wd I be able to even grow enough choc for greedy me!! Another on plan day - I think I've missed or forgotten ur WI result this week - how did u get on?
 
Ah well this is where I have a problem. At the Doctors I was shocked when I weighed 11st 2 and she weighed me twice and weighed herself and said it was right. when I got back here I weighed on my scales and 11 st 7!!!! Thats a big difference. So I was going to leave this week and next week use my scales for difference. To be honest its messed the weight up a bit

That is a big difference - but ur as ur doc weighed herself and u'd think the surgery scales wd be accurate - I'd go with their scales. Good idea to leave off the weighing in that case.

I'm obsessed with weighing myself but if I move my scales around (and I do it lots!) I get different readings - which messes my head up - I paid a fair bit for these scales but they're still not reliable!!

A: I don't know why I ate a Freddo just as I was off to bed - I wasn't hungry - I just remembered there was a multi pack in the cupboard and ate one.

Q: Well learn from that and don't buy anymore choccy multipacks.

A: Ok - that takes my syns to 19.5 now - but as it's nearly midnight I'm going to carry the 4,5 Freddo syns over to 2moro!

Q: Isn't that cheating?

A: Yes but by bending the rules it will help keep me on track - if I don't do that I'll feel I've blown it today and might as well eat the rest of the pack.

Q: That's a bit bonkers isn't it?

A: Yes, completely irrational but that's how I feel!

Hi, hope easter weekend going ok. I had two great nights away. Far too much food and drink and also cigarettes. Seldom smoke nowadays but was with a lot of smokers and drinking cider so went for it.

Saw the grandkids too, brothers and sisters nieces nephews etc. Although I have had bad food so far today, I really cannot count the syns, I am just having something small tonight and also will have an early night as I am cream crackered.
Got 4 days to stay on track for Friday weighin,

Hello Everybody. Hope you all have enjoyed the weekend so far. Doreen you soind as though you are having great fun. I went swimmng this morning for first time in nearly 2 weeks. Only managed the equivalent to 34 lengths. So we will have to build up to my usual 80.
Food today- 1 slice of toast. 2 ham and mustard sandwiches, raspberries and mullerlight. Tea- brisket (all fat removed) cooked in slow cooker with carrots, leeks, swede and potato. :)

Hi - isn't it typical that it takes us (well me anyway) a good while to build up our fitness - yet it can drop like a stone when we have a break - I'm sure as it's only a fortnight since u were doing 80 of ur pool lengths so I'm sure u'll be doing that again soon.

Another on plan day - well done for cutting off the fat - it is so tasty!!

Hi Doreen - life's for living isn't it - you sound like u've had a good time and now ready to have 4 days on plan - I'd say that's a well balanced week!

I've certainly had some good eating this weekend Doreen - but I haven't gone mad and hoping to be at 70 syns across the week if the wind is blowing in the right direction ha ha!

So much for carrying over the midnight feast Freddo syns!!! Here's how my food went today - I WILL NOT be eating any more today!!

Midnight Freddo - 4.5syns

B: yogurt and a pear

L: ham salad and pear

Snack: apple

T: chicken, dessert sp stuffing 1 syn, drizzle of gravy 2 syns?? cabbage, broccoli, carrots, courgette, potato,
SW brownie* 1.5 syns & HEB, 1 tbsp syrup 2 syns and fromage frais

Snack: 2 SW brownies* 3 syns, tbsp. Nutella 4 syns, tbsp syrup 2 syns

* counting 1 HEB each day for dried apricots and nuts in SW brownies

Drinks: 1.35L water in fruit teas and water, 1 tea and 1 coffee part HEA for the milk

Total syns today = 20 :eek:

Total syns for the week so far = 62.5 :rolleyes:

I know I'm kidding myself but I'll have to carry 5 syns over to 2moro - or else I'll just go crazy and eat everything in sight - decided to go back to class on Tuesday - hoping it will help to lose the rest of the flab!!

I do that sometimes upndown. Going back to class can`t do any harm, but it might just be that something that will help you. Let us know what you think of the class.

Mo I agree with upndown about taking the far off, it is the nice part when still hot. As for building up exercise I must work on that because whenever the kids come up or I am away like this weekend I realise how much I am not moving about in general. I have said it before but will definately try this time to start tomorrow and walking for 10 mins every day regardless of if going to cafe or shop.

That's a good idea to start some realistic exercise on a regular basis Doreen - know what u mean about feeling unfit - I've been unable to keep up with ppl whilst walking etc in the past - determined to carry on with exercise now - it usually helps me to stay on plan too cos I don't want to 'undo' the benefit of exercise!
 
I finished my lovely food weekend last night before bed.

Have started good with sw breakfast. Having a tidy up then doing a Big Ben cross stitch for my grandson in NZ for his birthday. Very hard this one.

Wow u sound like a woman on a mission! What a lovely gift for ur grandson and it will u keep ur mind an fingers busy too. Hope everyone has good weather and enjoying their day and the allotment ladies are in full swing!

I didn't have b'fast - then later found a small piece of leftover Easter Egg (the children's!) and it went in my mouth b4 u cd blink - reckon it was about 10 syns - this weekend has not been good for the scales - well I'm going back to class on Tuesday morning to face the music!
 
Hello Everybody. Do you usually go to class? or are you returning? I have been to 3 dfferent groups but never really got into the group time. This was while I was working and I always ended up getting weighed and leaving. I hope you are going to let us know how you get on. I swam my 80 lengths today (40 equivalent) and it felt tons better than yesterday so I was quite happy. Doreen Your cross stitch sounds brilliant. Mo:)
