Yesterday's low kcal day didn't go to plan, just really wanting sweet stuff, plus carbs like rice, potatoes etc
Now looking back at last time I had acupuncture 2 weeks ago .. I can see that I was the same - sleepy tired, hungry for sweet stuff etc
Ok yesterday I had dried fruit, gelato, some dark peppermint choc (put other bar in the bin), rice, fresh fruit..
Don't know if acupuncture or just the sleepy tired feeling is pushing my sweet carb cravings - will have to see!
