Your so right. I am the one person who wants to hibernate in summer not winterI know, weather changes are the worst- like your body is a barometer. The gains from the inflammation are so frustrating also

I like the warmth but the changes- once mid April hits it’s a minefield to OctoberYour so right. I am the one person who wants to hibernate in summer not winter
You have described it perfectly a minefield. I can be ok one minute then flat out the next with about as much energy as a wet lettuce lol I feel like I am walking with concrete boots on as every step takes so much energy and effort. So cue scooter to help me outI like the warmth but the changes- once mid April hits it’s a minefield to October
Ah the bog feet, I only experience a fraction of what you do so much kudos! You have described it perfectly a minefield. thankyou. we all have our own crosses to bear. What I found the hardest for me is not the symptoms so much as a change in roles. I had worked very hard to become a qualified psychiatric nurse as I am not very academic. I found it so hard the change in roles from being the carer to the one needing care.Ah the bog feet, I only experience a fraction of what you do so much kudos!
It only matters that we make progress we still have 6 weeks so you may well make it x1.8 lbs down this week. I'm wondering if 10 pounds was a bit too optimistic, lol.

Well done on weight loss this week. It doesn't matter if you don't reach your target. Any weight lost is another step closer to your target. The challenge is more about keeping us on track and keeping us motivated.1.8 lbs down this week. I'm wondering if 10 pounds was a bit too optimistic, lol.

Struggling this week, I’ve been skipping breakfast again so the nighttime munchies have been wild. Also need to start thinking about moving my arse and exercising 2lbs off my lowest weight, let’s go!!
well done on the losses this week guys xx
