Yep the sea was incredibly rough - it was v-e-r-y windy yesterday too. Nearly full moon last night, high tide, surge and wind all made it look like November, not August. OH took some vid and pics, so will try to get them off his camera and post some. It's much brighter today though.

Not weighed in yet - waiting for a bathroom visit, then will get scales out! LOL to the Batman image - made me think of the Only Fools and Horses episode!

Thanks. Will WI and report soon. Yes, we're lucky living where we do - only about 18 miles to a lovely coastline. It's about 14 miles to the city centre, so usually would rather go to the beach! Once we get the beach hut will probably be there even more. Two to three year waiting list though. :eek:
 
At last! Finally, after being in the 15s for ages, I have hit the 14s!

14.13 this morning - loss of 2lbs (one that I put on last week and one new one!) I looked back on my WW progress and I have been in the 15s since March! Not expecting (hopefully) the next stone to take that long though, as 'stuff' really got in the way for a couple of months in the middle. So, I'm hoping for another pound off next week as that will give me my third silver star/7 since on WW, and take me to my 15% too.

Food for Friday 21st August

Breakfast - Scone and Butter - Total 7PP -
small Fruit Scone (5PP), 2 tspns Butter (2PP)

Lunch at Mambo Jambos - Prawn and Chorizo Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing and a few Wet Fries - Total 17PP -
amounts hopefully guestimated OK - 2oz Prawns (1PP), 5 slices Chorizo (4PP), large Mixed Salad (0PP), 2 tbspns Blue Cheese Dressing (4PP), tbspn Coleslaw (3PP), slice Watermelon (0PP), pinched a few of hubby's Wet Fries - broken it down to point it... 2oz Potatoes (1PP), Oil (2PP), Cheese (1PP), Sour Cream (1PP), Chillis (0PP)

Hubs had the same filling but in quesilladas. Can honestly say I didn't miss the wraps as I had all the flavours in my salad (except he had cheese in his - but I had the Blue Cheese dressing!) Was very tempted by a Butterscotch Milk Shake - but the points would probably have been as many as the rest of the meal, so just had my diet coke while he had two cups of coffee and cream! Kept thinking about the 13sts!

Then we picked up his van and went to Lidls for some shopping. Stocked up on fruit and some veg. They were giving away free Apple Turnovers at the till! Gave them both to OH, Honestly, life is hard at times! ;) Unpacked shopping and then went to the coast for the evening. Hubby was still stuffed from his lunch and apple turnovers, so could only manage a clotted cream ice cream (!!!) I passed on the ice-cream, went to the Kebab shop and had...

Dinner - Houmous and Salad in Pitta Bread - Total 7PP -
Pitta Bread (4PP), tbspn Houmous (3PP) (they were a bit mean on the houmous actually - oh well, less points!) massive Salad - had to leave some - a bit salad-logged today! (0PP)

Snacks - Total 6PP - 3 Chocolate Fingers (2PP), packet Lidl's Crusti Croc (what a weird name!) Steak and Onion Crisps (4PP)

Drinks - NAS squash, water, diet coke, one Tea with splash SS Milk, one Coffee with Crean (2PP)

Totals for the day - 39PP, 29 dailies and 10 weeklies
Weeklies remaining 39
APs earned today - 3 for 40 minutes walking at the coast
APs for week so far - 3

Hi all,

Been out to eat and for a cliff top walk (again)! Going to miss that next week when we're both back to work! Anyway, quick update to diary and then getting some sleep! Will try and catch up with diaries tomorrow. Hope you are all OK and enjoying the weekend.
