My 12 steps to goal.........................

Have had a great wee day off work with the husband.

Handed out invites to my mums surprise 60th which is in January.

Then went shopping got some good ideas for Christmas presents for a few people.

Now home, had a lovely hot lush bath & my baked tattie is almost ready!

It's the simple things in life!

Plus only used about 8.5 syns when out had such a lovely healthy lunch.

Proud of myself.

I lost my first stone!!!!!!!

Lost 1/2lb so that me hit step number.

Here's hoping I can see in step 3 this year.

I am super happy!!

Had quite a bad weekend food & alcohol wise so may have a STS this week.

Hopefully I can reign it in, if I prepare myself for it now tho the shock might not be as bad when I jump on the scales on Saturday!

I have been a wee fat pig since Friday!

Determined to get back on track today & see if I can reverse the damage.

On another note I am also on MoneySavingExpert trying to get rid of the other ££'s the debt ones & I just bought a £40.00 christmas present for £12.00 including delivery - yeahhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Been stuffing my face since Friday.

Yesterday I had the following:-

2 weetabix
1 strawberry jam cupcake
1 triple all day breakfast sandwich
1 blue riband
2 slices of toast with lurpak
Family size bag of fridge raiders
packet of doritos
packet of milky sweets

I felt sick when I went to bed & when I woke up this morning - bleurghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Yeah you always feel so rough afterwards don't you , hopefully you'll start to feel better after eating healthily :)
