Not a bad day considering I was at the british gp all day with lots of unhealthy temptations around!!! Will try to be good tomorrow too...as sunday is my 'off plan' day as its race day :D

Day 161

Friday 8th July 2011

Breakfast - Kelloggs Dark chocolate & Almond Fibre Plus bar (HEb)
Banana

Lunch - Egg fried rice with lots of veg and a little oil (1- 2 syn)

Snacks - 2 x mini babybel lights (2/3 HEa)
a couple of haribo sweets (2 syns?)
Apple

Supper - Fillet steak served with asparagus topped with a poached egg and a jacket potato with low fat spread (0.5 syns) and horseradish (0.5 syns)

Drinks - Mineral Water (1 litres), Red Bull Sugar free, Coke Zero, Dry Cider (9 syns) and tea with semi skimmed milk (from 1/3 HEa)

Exercise Walking around Silverstone circuit all day!
 
A good day at the f1 again but I messed things up when I got home :( At least I did loads of fast walking today!

Saturday 9th July 2011

Lunch - Yo! Sushi on way home. Sushi rice (2 syns) and Miso soup (2 syns)

Snacks - Apple

Supper - sweetcorn and onion Pizza :( (no idea how many syns but loads! Can use my HEa towards the cheese at least!)

Drinks - Mineral Water (1 litres), Red Bull Sugar free, Coke Zero, gin with slimline tonic (4 syns) and white wine (18 syns)

Exercise Walking around Silverstone circuit all day!

1 x steak burger in white bap with cheese, onion & ketchup
2 x sausages in white rolls with onion & ketchup
a spoonful of bean salad and potato salad
a small slice of chocolate cheesecake

Drinks - Mineral Water (1 litres), Red Bull Sugar free, tea with semi skimmed milk, loads of Cava and white wine!!!

Monday 11th July 2011

Breakfast - 28g All Bran (4 syns) and a dash of milk

Lunch - Homemade minestrone soup from freezer
Apple

Snacks - sliced ham
Treatsize Chomp Bar (3 syns)

Supper - Steak burger with wholemeal bun (HEb), cheese (HEa), onion, gerkin & extra light mayo (0.5 syns)

Drinks - Mineral Water (2 litres), coke zero, tea with skimmed milk (0.5 syns)

Exercise - Legs, Bums & Tums (1 hour)

Tuesday 12th July 2011

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (HEb) with skimmed milk (1/3 HEa)

Lunch - 1/4 of a wholemeal bread roll (2 syns), bacon with fat removed, fried eggs, baked beans and a left over steak burger
Apple

Snacks - sliced ham
2 x mini babybel lights (2/3 HEa)
1 x treatsize chomp (3 syns)

Supper - lean lamb steaks with jacket potato and green beans

Drinks - Mineral Water (2.5 litres), tea with skimmed milk (from 1/3 HEa) and tea with semi skimmed milk (1 syn)

Breakfast - 28g Mini Shreaded Wheat(HEb) with skimmed milk (1/3 HEa)
Banana

Lunch - Sushi with brown rice (1-2 syns)
Apple

Snacks - sliced ham
2 x mini babybel lights (2/3 HEa)
Treatsize Crunchie (4 syns)

Supper - Chilli made with extra lean lamb mince, onion, sweetcorn, chilli powder, cumin, coriander, paprika, tined tomato, garlic, bellotti beans and butter beans. Served with rice and fat free yoghurt.

Drinks - Mineral Water (2 litres), tea with skimmed milk (from 1/3 HEa), Options hazelnut hot chocolate (1.5 syns) topped with extra light spray cream (0.5 syns) and sugar free red bull

Exercise - 15 minutes 'run' on Running Machine (2.3k/burning 151 cals)
Aqua Aerobics/Swim Gym (45 minutes)

Thursday 14th July 2011

Breakfast - 2 slices of wholemeal toast (HEb) with low fat spread (1 syn)

Lunch - Jacket potato topped with left over chilli from last night and served with a salad of little gem lettuce, red pepper, green pepper & sweetcorn
Apple

Snacks - sliced ham and cooked chicken
treatsize dairy milk (4 syns)

Supper - sausage, tomato, fennel, onion, Moz cheese (HEa), chilli and garlic pasta

Drinks - Mineral Water (2 litres), coke zero and sugar free red bull

Exercise - None
 
EEEEKKKK is all I can say about this weekend and there is still Sunday to go!!!

Snacks - cooked chicken

Supper - Skate wings with new potatoes and veg

Drinks - Mineral Water (2 litres), coke zero, tea with skimmed milk (from 1/3 HEa), sugar free red bull and too much white wine again!!! (6 glasses!)

Exercise - Swim (15 mins)

Snacks - 1 x choc chip muffin!!!(Syns???)

OOOOOOpppppssss I had red wine on a school night! Luckily still managed to have a good weigh in this morning. I lost half a pound this week - even after an awful weekend. Think the run last night helped a bit!
