My Diary - 'Extra Easy' Weight Loss Starts Here (I hope!)

Day 150

Monday 27th June 2011

Breakfast All Bran 28 g (4 syns) with a dash of skimmed milk (0.5 syns) and sweetener
Banana

Lunch Sandwich made with 2 x slices of wholemeal bread (HEb), chicken, green salad and extra light mayo (0.5 syns)
Apple

Snacks - Toffee Muller Light

Supper - Sausage casserole made with Tesco Health Living Sausages (2 syns), onion, tinned tomato, garlic, fennel, fennel seeds and chilli flakes. Served with moz cheese (HEa) and wholemeal pasta twists

Drinks - Mineral Water (2.5 litres), green tea and Sugar free red bull

Exercise 30 min Walk in park with the kids (pushing pushchair)
100 sit ups using Delta machine
Legs, Bums and Tums (1 hour)
 
I just woke up and did the naughty scale hop :-( shouldn't have because I'm 2lb up from yesterday! Which means I am 1lb up from Saturday from morning before the alcohol!! Grrr!! Damn me :-( gone straight to the gym and now got 2 days to pull it back and see a decent loss! Xxx

Oh dear :( I did the same this morning & wish I hadn't - showing as 1lb up on friday's WI weight from last week :( Why do we do it to ourselves hey??? Good luck with pull things back xxx

Tuesday 28th June 2011

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (HEb) with skimmed milk (2/3 HEa) and sweetener
Banana

Lunch - Tuna salad made with tinned tuna mixed with extra light mayo (0.5 syns), green herb salad mix, onion, green beans & a boiled egg
Apple

Snacks - 1 x mini babybel light (1/3 HEa)
Alpen Light Chocolate & Fudge bar (3 syns)
chocolate (6 syns)

Supper - Tuna steak in lime & herbs with broccolli, asparagus, jacket potato and low fat spread (0.5 syns)

Drinks - Mineral Water (2.5 litres), tea with skimmed milk (from remaining 2/3 HEa), and coke zero

Wednesday 29th June 2011

Breakfast - All bran 28g (4 syns) with skimmed milk (1/3 HEa) and sweetener
Banana

Lunch - Sushi (1 syn)
Apple

Snacks - 2 x mini babybel light (2/3 HEa)
Kelloggs Fibre Plus Bar - Dark chocolate & almond (HEb)

Supper - Spag bol with hidden veg from the freezer with wholewheat penne pasta.

Drinks - Mineral Water (2.5 litres), tea with skimmed milk (remainder of 1/3 HEa), and coke zero

Exercise 15 minutes 'run' on Running Machine (2.3k/burning 144 cals)
Aqua Aerobics/Swim Gym (45 minutes)
100 sit ups using Delta machine

Thursday 30th June 2011

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (HEb) with skimmed milk (1/3 HEa) and sweetener
Banana

Lunch - 2 x fried eggs and bacon (fat removed) cooked with fryligh, baked beans, tomato ketchup (0.5 syns) and 1 x slice of wholemeal bread (4 syns)
Apple

Snacks - 1 x mini babybel light (1/3 HEa)

Supper - Lemon, Mint and Asparagus pasta (SW Mag May/June 2011) topped with parmesan (1/3 HEa)

Drinks - Mineral Water (2.5 litres), tea with skimmed milk (remainder of 1/3 HEa), coke zero and sparkling

Exercise
17 minute jog (2.4K/burning 144 cals)
100 sit ups using Delta machine
 
Oh dear not a great weekend at all!!! Not the way to reach target when its so close *silly lady* lol! Oh well...time to face the truth, which is basically I had so many syns on friday & saturday that I really should have them both as flexidays but wrote it down to make me see the horror of it all lol!

Friday 1st July 2011

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (HEb) with skimmed milk (1/3 HEa) and sweetener
Banana

Lunch - sushi (1 syn) with edamame beans and miso soup (1 syn)
Apple

Snacks - 1 x mini babybel light (1/3 HEa)

Supper - Take away quarter pounder with cheese and salad!!!! (No idea how many syns??? but book says 26!!!)

Drinks - Mineral Water (2.5 litres), tea with skimmed milk (remainder of 1/3 HEa), coke zero and white wine (20 syns!!!)

Day 155

Saturday 2nd July 2011

Breakfast - Muller light vanilla and chocolate sprinkles
Banana

Lunch - Sandwich with 2 x slices of wholemeal bread (HEb) with ham, lettuce, extra light mayo (0.5 syns) and low fat cheese (2/3 HEa)
Apple

Snacks - 1 x scone with clotted cream & strawberry jam!!! At a kids bday party - no idea of syn value but LOTS!!!
Homemade rice krispie square x 2 (no idea of syns...but loads again!!)

Supper - Spag bol with lean beef mince & hidden veg, pasta and parmesan (1/3 HEa)

Drinks - Mineral Water (1 litres), tea with semi skimmed milk (1.5 syns), Red Bull Sugar Free, white wine (12 syns), Red Wine (18 syns) and 2 x gin and slimline tonics (8 syns)!!!!! Shocking...

Oh chick, I know how you feel today... I've stuck to plan at all 3 meals and then inbetween meals ive had...a 2 finger kit kat, a penguin bar, a bite of white cheesy roll, 4 maoam chews and a marshmallow dunked in nutella!! And all that after I saw a gain on the scales this morning!! Not happy at all.

@Nikki - why or why do we do it lol! I guess it could be worse... imagine if we didn't stay on plan for main meals most of the time, i'd be a whole lot worse I guess. Haven't bothered weighing today as know it'll be incorrect thanks to the amount of alcohol I've had and not enough water :( I'm a *bad girl* :( but hey we've had a good weekend & are now working on being good for rest of week ;) xxx P.s. Silverstone burgers next weekend too lol! :eek:

Breakfast - Healthy Fry up :D
2 grilled lean bacon slices, 2 x grilled sausages (2 syns), baked beans, 2 x fried eggs made with frylight and have a slice of wholemeal toast (2 syns) with low fat spread.
Banana

Lunch - Sandwich with 2 x slices of wholemeal bread (HEb) with lemon mayo (2 syns), red pepper and rocket.

Snacks - none

Supper - Singapore Noodles (SW recipe)

Drinks - Mineral Water (1 litres), Red Bull Sugar Free, diet coke and 2 x gin and slimline tonics (8 syns)

I'm praying for a good couple of days, its my friends BDay tomoz and she is having a big BBQ so think i'll drive so stay clear of the alcohol and eat before I go and then I can claw it back for Wednesday hopefully!

Got a bit of a wine and pizza session on Saturday at my other friends so need to be supper dooper all week! hehe

I'm so excited about this weekend but I'm sure the diet will totally go out the window :eek: All worth it though for the F1 :D

Good luck with being good and hope you manage to STS or even loss this week :D I've gained 2 lbs over the weekend so aiming for a STS if possible! Its going to be hard work though. Sounds like you've a fun weekend planned too :D xxx

Well done Nikki! Not sure I'll be as lucky tomorrow but I was weighing at STS this morning so we'll see!

That's if I remember to weigh as we are leaving at 6:30am for Silverstone & there's loads to sort for the kids!!!

Going for a spray tan this evening -eeekkk! So will post today's food diary later. From today onwards though it's going to make awful reading lol!

Mini Crunchie (4 syns)

Supper - Tomato, fennel & chicken casserole served with wholemeal pasta twists

Drinks - Mineral Water (2.5 litres), sparkling spring water, Coke Zero and tea with skimmed milk (from 1/3 HEa)
