My Diary - 'Extra Easy' Weight Loss Starts Here (I hope!)

Thursday 24th March 2011

Breakfast - Toffee Muller Light
Banana

Lunch - 4 x ryvita (HEb) with 3 x Laughing cow lights (HEa) & 2 x Laughing cow deli lights blue cheese (remaining HEa)
Apple

Snacks - 2 x ryvita (remaining HEb) with Philadelphia Light Mini (1.5 syns) & a slice of ham
Kelloggs Fibre Plus Milk Chocolate Flavour (5.5 syns)
Apple

Supper - Gammon, egg, slimming world baked potato chips and asparagus

Drinks - Mineral Water (1.5 litres), green tea, Tesco Slightly Sparkling Lemon & Lime water, and I didn't have an Options Hot Chocolate in the end...

Exercise - 100 sit ups using Delta machine
15 minutes on Exercise Bike (Distance = 7k / cal = 159)

Had a bit of a crazy night last and just woke up with a horrible realisation.... I drank my weight in wine followed by a greggs pizza, a chicken bake and.... A Indian take away! Haha

Muller Light Cheese Cake Flavour (1 syn)

Drinks - Mineral Water (1.5 litres), green tea, Tesco Slightly Sparkling Grapefruit flavoured water, and I didn't have a hot chocolate in the end...

Yes we need 'little' treats to get as through it don't we ;) I gave in and had a glass on wine tonight & really want more now but luckily no more left in the house!!! Anyway I shouldn't be so hard on myself as I've had a good week & have only had alcohol 3 times since starting SW 8 weeks ago :D

Right today's diary - putting it up now while hubs cooks our curry & I can't wait as it smells yummy as ever and is totally syn free ;)

Oh no Nikki! I set 3 alarms just in case but in the end didn't sleep much anyway thanks to my pickle boys! Still made it up in time for the grid walk though...some how!!!

Right today's diary... not a great one & no exercise but still within syns at least!

Supper - Roast beef (fat removed) with baked sliced new potatoes, purple sprouting brocolli and horseradish sauce (0.5 syns)

Drinks - Mineral Water (1.5 litres), tea with skimmed milk (Using HEa), Coke Zero, Sugar Free Red Bull and 1 glass of white wine to celebrate Vettel's win in the Grand Prix lol! (approx. 8 syns)

Exercise - None as back aching :(

Served with Chickpea, yogurt and mint Tilda rice (approx. 2.5 syns for half a pack??? but this flavour not listed on website) and 1 x mini babybel lights (remainder of HEa)

Drinks - Mineral Water (1.5 litres plus) and an Options Indulgence Hot Chocolate (3 syns)
