My Diary - 'Extra Easy' Weight Loss Starts Here (I hope!)

@Nikki - Oh dear chocolate cravings are almost as bad as vino ones lol! I've been ok so far & just had a bag (or half a bag as shared with son) of treat sized buttons when they hit me. Hope I can cope over easter with all the kids chocolate about but that might not be so easy! :( xxx

On a high today from getting my club 10 & looking forward to my sushi treat for lunch too :D Oh & a few glasses on wine on mothers day ;)

Friday 1st April 2011

Breakfast - Jordans Museli (HEb) with 2 x dashes of skimmed milk (1 syn)
Banana

Lunch - Take away Sushi (2 syns approx)
Apple

Snacks - Muller Light Cheesecake flavour (1 syn)


Supper - Cottage pie made with lean minced beef, onions, garlic, tined tomatoes, carrot, Worcestershire Sauce and topped with mash potato, low fat cheese (HEa) and leeks.

Drinks - Mineral Water (1.5 litres+), tea with skimmed milk (0.5), green tea & Sugar Free Red Bull

Exercise -
15 mins on exercise bike (8k burning 145cals)

Breakfast - Healthy Fry up with 1 x chippolata sausage (2 syns), fried eggs (made with fry light), Turkey rashers, baked beans and tomato ketchup (0.5 syns)

Lunch - Sandwich made with wholemeal bread (HEb), chicken breast, green salad, extra light mayo (0.5 syns) and a boiled egg
Apple

Snacks - Muller Light Cheesecake flavour (1 syn)

Supper - Chicken breast stuffed with quark & low fat cheese (HEb) baked, then sliced and served with pasta, leeks & brocolli

Drinks - Mineral Water (1.5 litres+), green tea, Sugar Free Red Bull & 1 x glass of dry white wine (6 syns)

Exercise - None
 
Oooooopssss too much Cava today but it is Mother's Day! Back on track tomorrow with exercise etc

Exercise - None
 
If you can't enjoy cava on mothers day then when can you eh :) xx

Lunch - Tuna Salad with canned tuna in extra light mayo (0.5 syns), green salad, orange pepper, a couple of small new potatoes, a boiled egg & spring onion

3 x Ryvita (remainder of HEb) with 3 x Laughing Cow Lights (remainder of HE

Supper - Bill Granger Chicken & Fennel casserol (from freezer) made with chicken thighs, fennel, garlic, onions, red peppers, paprika, saffron & tinned tomato. Served on top of pasta.

Drinks - Mineral Water (2 litres+), green tea & tea with semi skimmed milk (left over HEa)

Exercise - 100 sit ups using Delta machine

Yesterday was a bad day but expected as it was my husband's birthday. I didn't have any Healthy Extras and drank far too much but I can actually count up what I had to it wasn't that bad lol! Actual food was pretty much on plan though. Will put up today's food diary later on...

Snacks - 1 x birthday fairy cake recipe from SW website (3 syns)

Supper - Sashimi and Sushi (1.5 syns for rice?) with edaname beans to start, followed by chilli chicken breast, belly pork with fat removed, rice and pak choi

Drinks - Mineral Water (1 litre), green tea, coke zero, diet coke, 5 x glasses of champagne (25 syns) double gin & slimline tonic (8 syns)

Exercise - Aqua aerobics/swim gym (1 hour)
 
Well I've managed to keep todays syns to just half a syn so hope that'll go some way to making up for last night!

Snacks - 1 very small piece of pizza from son's plate as he wasn't eating it :( (2 syn?)

Supper - Tuna Nicoise Salad with seared tuna flavoured with lime & corriander, asparagus, new potatoes, egg and green salad

Drinks - Mineral Water (2 litres+), green tea and 1 x 175ml glass of red wine (6 syns)

Exercise - none apart from a little gardening
